    సార్.. నేను మీతో ఏకీభవించను. నేను 8 సంవత్సరాలు క్వినోవా + బ్రౌన్ రైస్ తిన్నాను... ఇది మంచి ప్రోటీన్ మరియు తక్కువ చక్కెరలను కలిగి ఉంటుంది..కానీ అధిక లాక్టిన్లను కలిగి ఉంటుంది.....లాక్టిన్ విషం....అది నా చర్మాన్ని మరియు జీర్ణక్రియను దెబ్బతీసింది...అది నా ఒత్తిడి స్థాయిలను ప్రభావితం చేసింది....నేను గత 5 నెలల క్రితం తీసుకోవడం మానేశాను.... ఇప్పుడు కోలుకుంటున్నాను

      Over night soak cheste and cook in pressure cooker then lectins will reduce.
      Also add lemon while eating. Or lemon water before meal or after
