I must admit at the time of his popularity in the late 90's into 2000 I was upset at it because he made the game way more popular and the prices started to rise and get ridiculous...in every aspect of the game. In hindsight the dude was probably one of the best things for the game. John Daly and Sergio Garcia, too.
I watch a lot of Tiger's highlight videos and I can tell you it's consistent the negativity. It's mistake this and uh oh that. I wish someone would make a compilation.
@scottrosecrans This is what links golf is all about. It isn't about manicured fairways and perfectly smooth greens. Take a look at any links course in Scotland and England and it's the same when conditions are dry. Links golf is meant to be the true test in golf, not a walk in the park.
Seth DiMaria this is not a problem. Overly soft golf courses promote target golf, which imo is the antithesis of golf, although it makes for fine viewing on non-major weekends where tour courses are watered up. But just look to Congressional to see how excess watering can destroy a championship golf course, in 1997 Congressional, which is nowhere near the sea, was nearly as brown as this, while they drowned it in 2011 and drowned the us open’s reputation with it. Then they go too far the other way and get greens that are completely dead and bumpy. Nice courses, dried out, long rough where it will grow, and no gimmicks.
@@ds1868 Parkland golf is good in it's own ways as well. One isn't better than the other, they're just different. They both have good and bad things about them.
9:47 A picture says a thousand words... Earl was so proud of his son.
Yeah for sure, beautiful moment.
Thanks for the uploads. These are gems!
“What do you want, a coke?”😂
Lol dude sounded pissed too
..I'll get it!

Tiger Woods ..... 3 straight US Amateurs ....... 4 straight Majors .... 82 PGA Tour Victories .... BEST GOLFER EVER !!!
Then, naw he shit
Nicklaus has more majors and more finishes in the top 3 in majors also.
@@A-FrameWedge Not even close. Tiger is a much better player.
@@A-FrameWedge tiger has much higher win percentage.
@@BrianPex The greats are remembered for how many major wins and Jack Nicklaus has more.
Best golf highlight channel on youtube! 🙏🏽
Thanks for the magic, of a moment in time
Who would've thought how his life woild go from here, 15 majors later 🏆
....that running fist pump....legendary
Nice Freudian slip -- "defending your US Open . . . "
I love this channel
Waiting for Tiger's every shot of 1994 us amateur championship...👍🏆
Got it!! It’s live!
Doos

Opps, Mr.Mickelson also !
Seeing his pops tear up almost got me too
His 1995 tempo 😍🥺
Why he change it?
Every shot from the back 9 huh...Tiger teeing off from directly behind a tree here in hole 10.
Thus guy could be something in the golf scene
Wow that course is in great condition...
It is. Seaside links. Supposed to play brown and fast
In the year 2000 I was expecting. 40 majors. He was no1 in more than half recorded stats
Lovin' these uploads!
The good ol' days... when FANS were allowed on the course.
His putting was epic Till later in his career when it was just good
MARROOOCHIII
Eh you don't have to remind me to subscribe. I saw the playlist and thumped the sh.t outa that thing!!!
8:38 “HOLY SMOKE” 🤣
That swing though!!!.. phewww!!!!
With a name like Buddy, you don't have a shot lmfao😂😂😂😂
Golf prodigy.
Even back then, he was channeling his inner Ron Swanson on the final day.
These announcers are so negative

They didn’t want young tiger to win.
How’s his rhythm? Exceptional 👌
I loved Tigers swing when he was young. Never should have changed his swing from when he won the Masters by 12 strokes
He had too it was so inconsistent he couldn’t hit fairways when he needed too
This is the best course they could find for a amatuer championship? 😂
7up instead please
Lol his opponent looks 30.
Hey I don't look that old!
0:45 what do you want? a Coke?
How much money did he win for this one?
Amateurs can’t make money on golf
The mundane laugh reassuringly decay because brain suddenly double except a damp connection. useful, lively move
W0t?!
The course looks in terrible shape
Jace Shannon yeah, that has nothing to do with the course condition.

Boy, I'll tell you. Johny Miller fought for position to be the first one to blow Tiger like Rodman fighting for a rebound. Wore them kneepads OUT!!!
Johnny Miller is so obnoxious… goodness
