Apparently ran a 4.47s 40-Yard Dash at his Pro Day (cf, Deebo Samuel who ran a 4.48s at the Combine). • Watched games v Auburn (2022), Troy, LA Tech, and Ohio State (2023). Deliberately watched games against better schools. Don’t care as much if he dominated against lesser competition. • Thickly built slot receiver who was also used out wide in stacked formations. Average speed and burst off the line of scrimmage. • Hands are really bad (doesn’t haul anything in downfield if there’s contact) and route running isn’t nearly as tight as the Day 2 slot receivers. Ability to make people miss in space is also a tier below them but he is still a YAC weapon. Not helped by poor QB play. A real handful to bring down though given strength profile. • Didn’t demonstrate on tape that he’ll be able to beat man coverage at NFL level. More of a “get the ball into his hands” guy (end arounds/screens) and see what he can do after the catch because he’s tough to bring down (albeit not elusive). • Takes snaps off on running plays. • Overall more of a boring watch than I was expecting given all the hype. Overpowered smaller schools but I wasn’t convinced that his skillset will translate well to NFL level. Aspects of his game are enticing, but I would rather bank on a more complete player for the position.
WR2-3 Keon Coleman. 💯 6-4 but the way he gets in and out of breaks is like a small 4.2 guy. Never seen a 6-4 guy stop and go so quick. He can go up, his hands are like Odell. They can catch anything. Jerry Rice 💎 Diamond stance, hands give like he's catching an Egg 🥚😳. When you scout this guy....Only reason people wouldn't Grade him a 1st Rd pick is they didn't watch the tape 📼
Did you guys do a Safety rankings yet? Would like one even though its not a glamorous position for sure. Enjoyed watching this one, but after binging WR content for the last week I'm more confused and unsure than I was when I started. The mock draft with non-NFL people idea sounds pretty fucking funny though i'd watch it
I think the really interesting part of this historically good class is outside of AD Mitchell I don’t really see any clear paths for guys to become true X receivers outside of the top 3. It’s just after that there’s a ton of guys that can be high level WR2/3s in different roles across the formation. I do wonder though with like 20 guys that fit that bill if one of them ends up growing out of that role and becoming an X guy.
Wow, round of applause. Great job you guys this was very informative. Thanks and I love all you do your detail is impeccable. I would love if Buffalo decided to trade back and double down say Jaylin Polk and Troy Franklin.
Me and my friend ranked some WRs for our podcast, we don’t work with it so we didn’t had time to watch everyone, so we selected some, and my ranking of the players I watched was: 1. MHJ 2. Malik Nabers 3. Rome Odunze (Huge gap) 4. BTJ 5. Xavier Legette 6. Adonai Mitchell 7. Troy Franklin 8. Ladd McConkey (Smaller gap) 9. Xavier Worthy 10. Ricky Pearsall 11. Roman Wilson
WR are being paid to get open, and catch the ball. Cowing will find a nice home somewhere in the league. Also love to see you staying strong on Johnny Wilson. He's a really fun to watch prospect.
Blind comp, player A or player B? Player A: 6'2 7/8" 199 lbs 4.34 40 40" vert 10'9" broad College: LSU Scouting notes: "Tall and fast... a linear route-runner who may need a limited route tree... he'll need to improve his ball skills to take advantage of all that speed... Double moves leave defenders off-balance and stumbling." Player B: 6'2 7/8" 209 lbs 4.33 40 38.5" vert 10'6" broad College: LSU Scouting notes: "Presents an appealing combination of size, length and speed... will occasionally go through the motions as a route-runner... needs to improve intermediate routes and play a little more physically... could be counted on as an NFL team’s designated deep guy early in his career." B is Brian Thomas Jr. A is DJ Chark
Javon Baker is my favorite non top 10 (or hell 15 in this class) player at their position. I think he's plenty smooth, has ENOUGH speed, has good enough hands. 6'1 200 is not small, just not HUGE. But... His arm length, his hand size... That is top of the class compared to many. Between the tracking, the willingness to come back to the QB to get/be open, the perfect all rounder WR who just isn't TOP TIER athlete to be a number 1. Otherwise, I think he's got all the tools to be an impact number 3 day 1 and develop into a 2!
Trevor being Trevor. Nickelodeon is calling. Xavier Leggett lost both his parents in two consecutive years. The problem with PFF is they don't have an algorithm for Heart and they understand these prospects are human.
Love these videos. Packers fan. Sorry. But what WR do you see available at 88/91 that would be a great fit? I would like to see Burton or Corley, but doubt they will be there. LaFluer can scheme guys open especially for YAC. Thanks for your thoughts.
@Trevor Sikkema with the browns not picking until 54 overall I need 3 prospects you think will be there and the browns should draft based on current roster construction?!
I completely agree with the criticism of Worthy but imo Troy Franklin has the same problems (skinny, drop issues, can’t handle physicality, etc) so I’d have them both right next to each other
Does Diontae Johnson change who yall would pick for the panthers or would it still be one of the separators? And a fun comp that was on the bootleg pod was Worthy/Johnny Knox
commenting before I listen for algo. Will also say I love the shows that get deep down the board. Analysis beyond positional top 5s is lacking in the draft space. Also you have Xavier weaver too low. Love the show!
It would be cool to know where players rank roughly on your big board or at least the round grade you have for them. Maybe not every player but groups of players. Like are players 20-25 Early day 3 picks? Love the content, though! Love being an addict
I think Adonai Mitchell will answer the "how much does he want it" questions with a resounding 100% because I think he has shown himself to be an immensely clutch and high-character receiver. He scored the go ahead touchdown for Georgia in the 2021 natty and the 2022 semifinal against Ohio State alongside that insane body-bending catch for Texas against Washington to keep that game close. This dude turns it on when the lights are brightest. But then read his letter to Texas fans and Georgia fans that he wrote when he declared for the draft. He showed an immense appreciation for both universities and the people around him. I get that on the film he shows an inconsistent stamina and route tempo, but off the field he has so many quality intangibles that have me confident he'll continue to dedicate himself to refine his craft and polish the details of his game. Plus, you gotta remember that he missed basically a whole year of football missing the vast majority of the 2022 season, after a year where he was only a rotational player as a freshman. He's going to pick up on some of those details just by getting more snaps and experience at the NFL level
Then why he is so uninterested when he chooses??? Tape don’t lie. And teams will be cautious or completely turn off. Too much talent elsewhere to risk a high pick.
Still big on keon coleman. I think he will be a top ten player from this draft 🤷♂️ i wouldnt be mad if my jags just picked him at 17… ofcourse if we can trade back a lil first would be best. I think he will be a stud

• Didn’t test at Combine (no explanation).
Thanks guys, another great video. Thanks for the education.
Tayvion Robinson when he was at Virginia Tech is the film to watch. Was a baller for us on offense and special teams.
Are you guys doing a draft watch along? I would love to see it!
These guys are fun to watch.
Great job. Love these kind of videos and breakdowns. Go Blue 〽️
Thank you for these videos 🔥
Did you guys do a Safety rankings yet? Would like one even though its not a glamorous position for sure. Enjoyed watching this one, but after binging WR content for the last week I'm more confused and unsure than I was when I started. The mock draft with non-NFL people idea sounds pretty fucking funny though i'd watch it
One thing I’ve learned from watching NFLSE for a few months is Trevor loves the word “nuanced”
This video will feed families for generations
Just unbelievable content, you love to see it
I think the really interesting part of this historically good class is outside of AD Mitchell I don’t really see any clear paths for guys to become true X receivers outside of the top 3.
Love these. I'd love to see Daniel Jeremiah for a collab mock draft and updated CB rankings, maybe top 15?
Best draft pod out there!
Awesome job!! Loved it
Me and my friend ranked some WRs for our podcast, we don’t work with it so we didn’t had time to watch everyone, so we selected some, and my ranking of the players I watched was:
1. MHJ
2. Malik Nabers
3. Rome Odunze
(Huge gap)
4. BTJ
5. Xavier Legette
6. Adonai Mitchell
7. Troy Franklin
8. Ladd McConkey
(Smaller gap)
9. Xavier Worthy
10. Ricky Pearsall
11. Roman Wilson
The show could not be better !
Alot of plp lov to bring up Penix Wr's but id like to see what he looks like with wideouts who can separate 😯
good lord i love this podcast
Love the deeper episodes
According to Gracie, Jalyn Polk got that dog in him
Was scratching my neck for the past 24 hours
Excellent video
Connor Rogers vs Adonai Mitchell is an all time matchup
Great. Now I'm addicted to Keon Coleman videos!
I agree on Mitchell at 4. He jumped BTJ at 4 on my list about a week ago.
I say 3
@@Jamar-lg9ob that’s fair too. I’m growing weary of Nabers after reports of his character and some of his comments.
Damn 30 prospects! Sorry boys but imma need this for every position group from now on.
Yeah, I don't think they know how addiction actually works...
Or do they?
WR are being paid to get open, and catch the ball. Cowing will find a nice home somewhere in the league. Also love to see you staying strong on Johnny Wilson. He's a really fun to watch prospect.
Adonia’s highlights were exciting to watch.
Blind comp, player A or player B?
Player A:
6'2 7/8"
199 lbs
4.34 40
40" vert
10'9" broad
College: LSU
Scouting notes:
"Tall and fast... a linear route-runner who may need a limited route tree... he'll need to improve his ball skills to take advantage of all that speed... Double moves leave defenders off-balance and stumbling."
Player B:
6'2 7/8"
209 lbs
4.33 40
38.5" vert
10'6" broad
College: LSU
Scouting notes:
"Presents an appealing combination of size, length and speed... will occasionally go through the motions as a route-runner... needs to improve intermediate routes and play a little more physically... could be counted on as an NFL team’s designated deep guy early in his career."
B is Brian Thomas Jr.
Lets gooo, hopefully IOL is up next. Can’t wait to hear about Barton, Beebe and Haynes
Trevor being Trevor. Nickelodeon is calling.
Xavier Leggett lost both his parents in two consecutive years.
The problem with PFF is they don't have an algorithm for Heart and they understand these prospects are human.
Can’t wait till this channel is your full time job and you will be able to do nfl draft live streams
Love these videos. Packers fan. Sorry. But what WR do you see available at 88/91 that would be a great fit? I would like to see Burton or Corley, but doubt they will be there. LaFluer can scheme guys open especially for YAC. Thanks for your thoughts.
love how the player comps for 2 of the top 3 are playing together in chicago. just gotta add marv now
Can you guys tell us where last years top 3 wideouts would be ranked among this group?
Top 30 WRs, you guys are sick FREAKS!
You guys are the best
@Trevor Sikkema with the browns not picking until 54 overall I need 3 prospects you think will be there and the browns should draft based on current roster construction?!
I completely agree with the criticism of Worthy but imo Troy Franklin has the same problems (skinny, drop issues, can’t handle physicality, etc) so I’d have them both right next to each other
Does Diontae Johnson change who yall would pick for the panthers or would it still be one of the separators? And a fun comp that was on the bootleg pod was Worthy/Johnny Knox
I would love if you guys did a mock draft with people who don't watch football, I think that was a hilarious idea
Would love to see linebacker rankings if possible
Steve Smith Sr LOVES Coker, I believe in Smiths eye 4 talent
I think Legette would be perfect for the Vikes as an outside go ball WR3 threat to create space inside for JJ, Addison, Hockenson, and Aaron Jones.
commenting before I listen for algo. Will also say I love the shows that get deep down the board. Analysis beyond positional top 5s is lacking in the draft space. Also you have Xavier weaver too low. Love the show!
As a Pats fun, I love the hype on Polk ;)
oof
Anyone know what site they’re looking at when they find percentile numbers for size, speed etc. Brit here just getting into the draft
It would be cool to know where players rank roughly on your big board or at least the round grade you have for them. Maybe not every player but groups of players. Like are players 20-25 Early day 3 picks? Love the content, though! Love being an addict
We will be doing a final big board episode the week of the draft!
Goated
Curious what round grade you guys have for your 30th overall?
Im assuming jermaine burton was excluded from both your lists for off-field reasons, but i would still love to hear your guys evaluation of his tape
Do the mock draft “with people not in the draft world”.. would be very entertaining
Something I think is being overlooked is that Xavier Legette might be the perfect prospect to capitalize on the new kickoff and hip-drop tackle rules.
Last Thursday episode - Final Top 5 Position rankings review/update (all positions) - comps for each guy
Begging for a safeties or LBs breakdown at this point before the draft in two weeks
You guys are sleeping on Jalen Coker. That kid is amazing and the best work ethic I’ve seen. He can contribute in the league day one.
"Top 30". Fuck yes! I love you two!
Still big on keon coleman. I think he will be a top ten player from this draft 🤷♂️ i wouldnt be mad if my jags just picked him at 17… ofcourse if we can trade back a lil first would be best. I think he will be a stud
