You did a nice job of claning out loose rust. But I have some bad news for you. You cleaned the tank very well, but you didn't remove the damage and wall thinning the corrosion did to those tank walls. THAT is the problem. Those tanks are compromised and no amount of cleaning rust out is going to restore the thinning that has occurred to them. If those tanks are ever pressurized again, they will be ticking time bombs. They might be ok for hauling gasoline, but never pump them up with air.

Amazing!and cheap....i clean the interior with a basic strong soap....but the rust will come again for shure...
You should hydrostaticly test your tank after doing this.
Did you coat the inside of tank and what did you use?
I did not. That is a good idea, though. I could literally use the same process in reverse.

Yes, 12v rail. When I stopped electrolysis, I cleaned it with a pressure washer.
