    Really glad to see y’all quieted down the incinerator jacket. I used to have one and had to sell it because of how loud it was whenever coming in contact with a tree or brush.

      The Incinerator is really quiet for a waterproof piece. It'll keep you bone dry and stealthy as a ninja in the tree. Thanks for the tuning in.

    I bought the incinerator aerolite bibs and jacket for this season. Every time I wear it on a hunt I can't help but think "why didn't I get this sooner". It's very well thought out and keeps me warmer without the bulk I had with my previous bibs and 4 in 1 parka.

      @@SITKAGear I found that the Incinerator bibs were way too tight in the knees when sitting. According to your tech people that was intentional for a more athletic fit, which made zero sense to me for an extreme cold outfit. I use the Fanatic bibs, but don't like the non Gortex bibs.

    I really think Sitka should look into designing a winter boot for these systems

    All of these late season jackets should have a hood on them like the stratus. For those hunters that don’t want a hood could easily remove it. But for them to be so expensive and not come with a hood is nuts.

    Is it to much to ask for a new 4 in 1 or 7 in 1 revesible type jacket and bib set with all the bow hunting, tactical and ice fishing features like good fit, camo, waterproof and windproof, zipper under arm, side arm access, silent fabic, harness port, stretch thumb hole cuffs, hood and neck gaiter, tactical pocket placement with the float tech the ice fishing sets have..or do we have to keep buying seperate items? Sitka should fix this, hopefully at an affordable price.

    Why don’t you add two more zippers for the legs on then bibs?? I have a pair of First lite pants that does this. It’s incredibly useful. You can vent as much or as little on your legs and choose where you want the vent to be. Lower, mid or high on the leg.

    Why isn’t the Blizzard made in a 3xl? Fanatic and Incinerator both are but I want the Blizzard parka . Makes no sense

    Can you use the parka for archery?

  • @Darianparsiani
    @Darianparsiani 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Hi. Can the blizzard parka be used when being active in lets say Zero Fahrenheit temperature ? Assuming i got a core lightweight shirt and ambient 100 hoodi under the parka. Will i be too hot and sweat with the parka and these layers? Thank you

    • @SITKAGear
      @SITKAGear  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey Leo, the gear should work in that temperature/environment. This is not a super breathable jacket though so if you are active enough that you are sweating it can be dangerous in those temps if you stop being active and that sweat can freeze. That temp range is what this was designed for, but there are risks of hunting in that temperature range that you should consider and be careful of. The layering pieces you mentioned would be good to have underneath.

    Is the blizzard aerolite warmer than the old one with down?

    • @SITKAGear
      @SITKAGear  หลายเดือนก่อน

      The Blizzard Aerolite is slightly warmer than the old version, but the major change is that it is going to be lighter.

    Question, I have the incinerator bibs and jacket.
    It says do not tumble dry on the tags.
    How do I reactivate the DWR and how do I reloft the Aerolite down liner after washing without a using a dryer?

      Thanks for the link.
      I already was in there and the tag on the incinerator actually contradicts the care instructions for Gore-Tex and down Blend on the website. This is where I’m confused.
      The care instructions on the website says to tumble dry.
      The care instructions on garment tags on the incinerator bibs and jacket say do not tumble dry.
      Any help would be appreciated since I want to keep my Gore-Tex and down on incinerator in good working condition

    • @00ninja00
      @00ninja00 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Depends on which version you have, the care/wash/dry procedures would be slightly different. The older blizzard set and incinerator set was a blend of aerolite synthetic and down. They called it primaloft gold down blend. The current sets use the primaloft gold full synthetic insulation, no down at all. So with the full synthetic insulation, wash and dry is straight forward and simple as any normal clothing.

    Is Kelvin Down WS Hoody replaced by Blizzard Aerolite Parka?

    • @SITKAGear
      @SITKAGear  ปีที่แล้ว

      The Kelvin Down WS Hoody is not being replaced by the Blizzard Aerolite- the Aerolite Collection is designed for your harshest weather hunts late in the year. You can shop the Kelvin Down WS Hoody here: www.sitkagear.com/products/womens-kelvin-ws-hoody/sitka-black

      The Fanatic is a tried-and-true winner in the whitetail woods. You can't go wrong with that set up.
      One variable to consider is that the Incinerator Aerolite Jacket and Bib, other than being 100% waterproof, is far more packable than the Fanatic. So if you're ever needing to take long hikes into the stand or hang your set for each sit, the Aerolite will take up much less volume in your pack. Thanks for watching.

    I know it all comes down to money, but any chance of releasing more items for Women, and maybe if we're lucky, some in Flooded Timber?? My wife loves standing against the cypress trees with me, but she's always in Bottomland!
