Great audio, but these are defective device, the Bluetooth fails all the time, and you need to go through a reset to reconnect.

Yep I am having this issue too, I've owned mine about 18 months and frequently one of 2 things happen. One is to not connect properly any more (it connects and then drops after a while, and won't play anything other than the connected sound this always requires the connection to be set up again after factory reset). The other thing I've found is the volume control sometimes isn't on the phone but sets back to the earbuds, this is often set to no volume. So the phone volume control does nothing you have to use the earbuds to bring the volume up and then the issue goes away. Also how aweful is the touch control, I have to push them back in from time to time and when I do it screws up TH-cam or what I'm listening to! The first version of these didn't have these issues I wish I had never upgraded.
