Bose QuietComfort Headphones: How to Factory Reset (Hard Reset) Fix Connecting Problems

I show you how to factory reset (hard reset) a pair of Bose QuietComfort (QC) Headphones. You do this when you have issues pairing, connecting, one side not working, one side lower volume, audio out of sync, hear static, etc. I hope this helps.

That's not a factory reset. That's just clearing the Bluetooth devices.

This just clears the bluetooth list, but does not factory reset. I had done a full reset via Bose support, but forgot what they instructed. Argh, gonna keep looking

Me too! Every thirty seconds or so I get a blurry sound while listening to youtube. Weird. Just put them on for the first time.

The left side is not working with the bluetooth, but with the wire is ok. What can I do?

Check ur balance… if on iPhone Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual. Adjust the Balance slider.
