Most Americans eat virtually no plants. If you eat all those fruits and veggies it's an improvement....even with all the deleterious and unneeded saturated fat and animal protein.
Can you eat Butter on a fatty Liver?
Fat causing a fatty liver is a common misconception. Fat doesn't cause a fatty liver; carbs do.
Fiber is not essential. You can do so well without any fiber. just eat beef and eggs and a fatty fish. You're welcome.
That is not the research consensus. The necessity of adequate fiber intake is universally accepted by nutrition scientists.
