It’s going off grains that did it for me. I still eat dairy and beans. I went from being so inflamed that I could hardly get out of bed in the morning, back pain so severe that I threw my it out twice per year (had to save my vacation time for these times). 3 days after going g grain free I am flexible as I was 20 years ago. I feel amazing!!

I’ve tried going paleo before. I could eat full plates of food and still lost weight. Friends were even concerned I had an eating disorder. However, it did nothing for my joint pain and fibromyalgia.

its so interesting how people are eager to say its an eating disorder yet what they eat they don't consider it eating disorder and they are so overweight and keep shoveling it in.

The AIP diet would be the answer. Its like paleo but it removes more things that are probably causing inflammation

I have fibromyalgia, back pain and gut issues. Paleo was the only thing that worked for me.

I love the paleo diet but to get rid of all my pain, I had to go a little deeper and do Autoimmune Paleo.

I had messaged before but about something else. Here, I am messaging now that continuously behind my nose, eyes, temples and brows-it feels like something is pressing downward and so causing (or part of) daily severe fatigue since age 27 progressively, and now I am 40 years old and the fatigue severity is still traumatic still.
The fatigue is horrifying, and sometimes very much in my body too; although, the face-fatigue comes separately at times.... so what is wrong with me? Is my head falling asleep the way muscles do in the body? Is blood circulating properly? Allergists, specialist doctors, nurses and emergency haven't come to any conclusions yet nor has any medicine helped yet. Please note there is no exaggeration to the timeline, nor any to the word fatigue and desperate need for help. Thank you for your attention to this message.

I miraculously felt better these past few days but I'm not sure due to what. I need all the help I can get and the help of a doctor or doctors to 'cure'
me is the real miracle. What I wrote is not an exaggeration... since age 27 progressively worse fatigue. It is traumatic in and of itself, although I am one of those people where all is invisible as I try to put my best self forward daily. @@JustMe-gs9xi
