I went on May 8, 2024. I’m going back soon. The reasons why O’Neill Forbay water so full is because they blocked the check 13 floodgates. The security person that check the California aqueduct they controlled the water pumps stations at check 12. Either they pumped the water up to San Luis reservoir or release by check 13 floodgates once the water kinda full. Thanks for watching.
