I bought this bike Dec 2015..this is my first bike. And still i have. I like pulsar series from the beginning. It is awesome bike with good power, good pickup, good mileage & sporty look. It's comfortable for rider. But now this AS series is closed. I don't knw why company has closed this series. I want company launch this Same AS series with heavy bike and present this bike as adventure bike like Triumph Tiger XCA & Kawasaki versys300 . All best Bajaj. And i love pulsar.

Bro is it worth to but an AS 200 in second hand which done 35k kms? Is this bike reliable and spare parts available?
@@subashkannan1091 yes the bike is good and most parts are available.But just before buying clean all the filters and check the engine for any sorts of complaints.

Excellent review. Glad you guys made one. But i am confused between few bikes . I am a college student and I am planning to buy a new bike . Please help to choose one . My considerations are :
1. Pulsar 150 AS
2. Gixxer 155
3. Apache 200 RTR
And also no one had done a review between Pulsar 150 AS and Gixxer 155 . There's too lot of review between Gixxer SF and Pulsar AS not a good one with Pulsar VS Gixxer 155 . Please make one and waiting for review on Apache RTR 200 4V

I rode this bike 2000km. It's a best value for money bike. It's a better option in present Indian market bikes at this price tag
When will we get the new 200cc Adventure sports tourer with good comfortable seats, suspension and a good uplifted comfortable handle bar and with aftermarket crash guards and fog lights which made by bajaj in Srilanka.

#Plz relaunch the pulsar AS series this bike is literally vry #OP in 150 and 200cc segment... And we love Adventure sports bike sooo plzzz bajaj relaunch the AS....
To storm back to this segment would be relaunch the AS150 (16bhp)or May be AS160 (17bhp)with 4 valve oil cooled engine With extended front bottom semi fairing and full faired sport version with FI(18-19bhp) . Slight restyling is required by way of new paint scheme and higher spec tyres etc ,Pulsar should lead the segment in terms of performance account. It's now still doing good with Pulsar 150 dtsi in sales, But folks are looking for something special from Bajaj in this segment.
Any idea how many of these were ever bought by the customers?

If price isn't a problem then go for Duke.. If price millage and bit comfortable pillon seat for long drives..go for AS

Pulsar use to Dominate in North East India during 150cc pulsar. Now FZ and R15 are dominating because the saddle height are same as Pulsar 150cc pulsar and have new design.
Sadly, Most of the North East People are short heighted and they cant go on with the high height of 200 and 220 cc pulsar.

+Kenge Lendo I think shorter people, can ride motorcycles with higher saddle height if they feel like... It isn't a huge problem. In my channel you can see my girl, riding the Duke 390 and she is way shorter than I am.

Come on this is not a touring bike. The real new touring is the susuki gixxer. Bajaj dont have experience in tourers. this is their first step which is excelent. Susuki has experience in the touring world. Just compare both and you will realize where is the center of gravity in each bike.
+Pablo A. Rossi I rode the bikes back to back and I found the Gixxer SF much more sporty and Pulsar much more inclined for the touring position. Even the owner of the Gixxer felt so, I will make that review by the end of this month.
But the Gixxer is a better bike thanks to better handling, stability and a lot of other factors.
