I am depressed because I am comparing myself with people as I am not in the best spot in my life and every single one of my friend is doing way better than me.
I dropped two years for neet but because of low confidence ,inferiority complex, and anxiety I have never given the paper and it feels like I am behind people,my performance has been hindered by this constant negative self talk and I just can't see myself becoming great like them.
Dear... Don't compare yourself to anyone else anytime... Others are different from u... At every level... Maybe u have something that others don't have... Everyone have their own vices and virtues... Just ignore vices... And utilize ur virtues to be better....
@@anjalichoudhary4253 don't know man, most of the things I want to do...I can't because "I am not made for it", I am genetically handicapped because that is one major factor why I can't be what I want to be, and I can't do shit without it.
I look below average, I am not intelligent like my friends, I am very bad at social skills, I have no talent or skill for creative stuff, I am vapid, and I have mental disease.
I can't do shit nothing works out everyone keeps pacing forward while I am unable to be what I want to be because I have bad genes or low virtue to do so.

This was a big turning point in my life - giving up on comparing with others. Literally I found myself feeling lighter, achieving more, getting more things done after that.
I am 23 as in 2020 and throughout my teenage and even in adulthood I am body shamed for being skinny. Whenever I go to a family function all my relatives comment "bohot patli ho gyi hai, khaati nhi kya". All my friends and cousins say "phoonk mardo toh udh jayegi". Many boys made comparisons between me and other girls who have an amazing figure. Earlirer I used to feel awful but now I have realized that developing a thick skin is the only solution. We cant control others but can make ourselves mentally strong.
When you see a group photo of urs whom u notice first .and we all do the same .
So most of the time nobody's is thinking of you at all!
Even if they are thinking about you they are wondering what u r thinking about them .

Just don't compare yourself with others,When we compare ourselves with others thats where insecurities plays an important role, like you always fear he/she is doing well and good in life and you are nothing but a loser. And this is where you began to lose all credibilities to do certain things, it changes your attitude and make you think negative. you often feel like you are just an another simple poor guy who can't accomplish anything in life. And this is where you are wrong. Just do your own stuff with positive attitude. Tbh there's nothing wrong in being diffrent than others. All you gotta do is just put your effort and overcome all your insecurities and believe in yourself that you are the greatest and there is no one like you in the whole world.

Honestly I feel shwetabh sometimes make good points but if you see most of his videos, it's all about girls, relationships, etc. Sometime it looks like he wants to gain attention and isn't actually trying to help people who are struggling in their life is what I feel. To be honest I have gain this stage 😌and I am so confident to face people now more than I used to be .I was the one who used to think about ,'how am I looking maybe perfect or looking mess or maybe people judging me 'but now i come to know the real psychology of people so now m not scared of being judge and fear to talk.Its easier when you analyse something in deep level.

@@twinkle.k8170 the point is comparing self with others is full waste of our brains energy and illogical in reality.The thing i did was as I am an introvert type person i talk less observe more.The thing I realised is instead of bending your head because of insecurities just once make eye contact with people just observe them through distance and u will get that people are all busy in their own thoughts nobody is noticing you wheather you are walking with tears or walkkng with ugly dress .So comparing is waste why because the one you are comparing withyourself is also comparing herself with somebody in some extent because its human psychology ,until u come to know it.see yourself from others view just like the way you are seeing them,do u care how they look or what they are wearing ?No na,same goes for you from their vision. when we compare ourselves you know how we feel and wheather you are beautiful or black, white or what its just a one secnd thought for people because they wont care how beautiful you because all are busy in own thoughts .Once u know it deeply u will built confident in life. There is some incident or person like this man in everyone's life which tells you something different or relatable and the moment you listened to it, then it makes you concious of your life and then a sense of urgency is created in our lives which always insist us to follow that teachings like this man has explained us.

Good -looking, high earning, good and powerful job acquiring persons are given much attention and attraction in our social lives. I was going through this confusion between outside voice and inner voice since a day or two. It happened bcoz one of my mentor gave his opinion on what i should do. I acted upon his advice with only realizing at the end that i am somewhere making a fool of myself. Today morning itself i had decided that this time i will listen to my voice only. Its bcoz before he had advised me, i was highly motivated by just following my inner voice and since i heard his opinion, a kind burden was laid on my way of thought. My friends laughed at me when i followed my mentor's advice blindly. Thank you for uploading this video.

I am a girl and my height is 6ft....and i am in my second year of college....... I really feel so down because of it..... I am working my ass off just to collect enough money to get a surgery and reduce my height......
Obviously working with studies is exhausting...but i just can't live with it.....
