No, just let Biden speak. Almost everything Biden says is thoughtful intelligent and sensible. Whereas almost everything Trump says is an incomprehensible 'word salad'. And he can't even pronounce the words properly, never mind turn them out as coherent sentences.
They should just have an empty chair where Trump would be and pan over to it for his debate rebuttals. Sit there for 60 seconds and then ask Biden another question (after pointing out that Trump had nothing to say. )
