I am making some more sleep aids to post next month. Until then...the fog audio and all the others are on a spreadsheet in Patreon. I converted everything that was in TH-cam to MP3s and compiled it on a GoogleDoc.

so, you know how sometimes people whimper whether it be from embarrassment or other means? i've found out more recently that I instead go into what I call, "Turtle Mode" xD Essentially, I bring my shoulders up to head height, blush, and try to get as small as possible. Kinda like when a turtle goes into it's shell with blushing. Also, i've started curling up next to my pillow in my sleep, imagining it's you.
That feeling of being the little one. At first i thought its weird but now i, just roll with it. Plus get a body pillow and a big blanket, wrap the blanket around the pillow and sleep "on the chest/shoulders". Gnite.
I've always wondered if you actually recorded yourself sleeping and if the background noises are actually from the outside of your home. If so that is dedication
