It makes perfect sense to me,as the only popular character in those students is Todo. Kusakabe has way more chances to be playable than the likes of Mai, Noritoshi,Miwa and broom girl

Your teammate has to also hit it on the same target.
Basically if you use the joint attack then your teammate hits it on the same guy it activates

They don’t have one that scan only mentions that you can put them both on the same team.
Maybe in the future when they add the hidden inventory DLC we might get a joint attack with young geto and gojo.

If your partner presses down square on PlayStation it activates the attack. You just have to follow up with any punch or kick to activate it.
