Mr Smooth. I'll be trying these again, its hard to get those baby cartwheels smooth and slow. Did you carry on working the rings elevator or sideline that one?
@@agrifforama i hear that. I've had a side delt issue for a while, I think from the amount of wall handstands I was doing, it affects certain moves and not others. I guess it's inevitable with these activities to pick up niggles
@@HybridGym niggles come and go, especially if you push things a little too hard at times. But then you recover, adjust the strategy and go again. Golfers elbow is annoying because it can resurface and you don't feel it when it happens during training. You can just wake up with some pain a few days later! How's the shoulder now?
@@agrifforama I notice the shoulder mainly when doing that band/ broom stick over and around the head warmup, and pike pushups at the bottom. Otherwise it seems ok for other moves like muscle ups ... I once got a trapped nerve in the tricep area that made my arm numb for months from doing diamond pushups (avoided them since ) And I've had a lower back grind on occasion for about 8 years, never really gone away, but better from doing inverted leg raises on a yoga stool. You don't see many doing the rings elevator, maybe that's why, it's just too much for the elbows
Nice tutorial 👍🏻
Thanks John!
Merci 🙏
