The manager of the branch was arrested for fraud, but the manager of the main KTM Fukuyama branch, Hisao Iwamoto, is running around saying he had nothing to do with it! He is still operating as an authorized KTM Fukuyama dealer. I hope they take this matter to their home country, Australia!!! There are 70 victims!

SHAME BRAND I bought a new KTM duke 250 a year ago, it only brought me problems. It has been in official workshops 4 times in a year for malfunctions. HORRIBLE response from the official stores and the importer GRUPO SIMPA. I have complied with all the services, and they have already done 2 jobs under warranty but those take 4 MONTHS!!, now, with 7500 km the bike is once again useless: it smokes, and there is a noise of the crankshaft hitting or something like that. KTM does not accept any discomfort caused by his defective product neither provide a satisfactory repair. I´M COMPLETELY DISSAPOINTED
