That’s a shame about Brussels Air. The lav. Issue is very concerning as you noted. Someone through a cup into the sink. Looks like BRU was under construction. Expansions? Great vid. And I loved your UAL return trip.
Found this video just now. great quality video; footage, description, and overall length and experience. I felt like it was a video of one of the big, known geeks. 😅 wish you much success, subscribed! 😊
That’s awesome indeed! Yeah, I wasn’t happy with it either :/ Thanks for your comment, I take all the feedback with me to my next adventure! Pst: I was seated at a window in my next 2 reports :)
Thank you for the feedback! It is true that a smaller part of the review is from the flight itself. I try to put in as much as possible and also what is important of the flight. I will keep your valid feedback in mind for upcoming flight reviews :)
Nice video Robin, really enjoyed it!. I really liked the additional information you gave about the airports and planes etc. Was the crew understaffed that day, or do they always have so few personnel on board on this type of flight? Keep up the good work man
Honestly, I'm not certain if the crew was understaffed. I have limited experience in that regard. What I do know is that when I compare it to my other trip reports from United Airlines, you can simply tell that they have a smaller staff presence on board. You visibly encounter more personnel moving around in general with United, leading to an elevated level of service. Thank you for the kind words, it was a pleasure to make this trip report! :)
The train would have prevented that endless walk. You arrive by train. One escalator up and you head to the elevator and you're in the terminal... Edit: And you were lucky. The Washington Metro extension to Dulles International is rather new! And it's the only subway/metro system in the US actually going into other States (Virginia here).
In Brussels airport the trolleys for suitcases are free, while i had to pay for a trolley in FLL airport and Miami airport. Is that common that travelers have to pay for there trolleys for suitcases in all American airports?
Very nice video! Thanks for sharing. Can I ask you what is your height? We are flying to New York so I would like to know if I need to reserve a seat with extra legroom.
a Medium star aliance hub quite busy on morning because of the long haul flights but quite calm on afternoon and evening compared to the neighbor of skyteam huge hub of Paris CDG and Amsterdam Schiphol, Brussels airport is quite fast and easy to use and ppl has right to use it , i never travelling from that hub yet and i don't think i've plan to travelling from that hub one day but we'll see because my homeland is just beside of that airport and from where i live there's a severals airports around
I actually like brussels airport :) it’s never too busy like you say and of course it’s the closest airport from where I live. I can really recommend this airport but I could understand when you’re not because of other possibilities in the area
Sure. I enjoy watching that video, that's all that matters. No one is going to pay so much attention to those details, maybe expect for aviation geeks like myself. Can't wait to see your next report. Thanks for sharing. @@RobinHimpe
Haha, I really hope they announce plans soon to replace them. It was my first time flying an A330 and I didn’t really enjoy it. Let’s hope they are replacing them with them brand new A330-neo’s

Thanks for these moments of dream, there are many years I have not taken a flight
I hope you can take a flight real soon!😇

Thanks for the positive feedback! I try to pack in a bunch of useful information for viewers :)
I love it when I get to ride around at the airport! Pitty you weren’t seated near a window.

Thankyou for reviewing my Homeland Airport Enjoy your flight to united states!
Thank you for the positive feedback! I really enjoyed making the review!
Thank you for the review. Your video is 22.5 minutes long but only around 2 minutes are actually from the flight.
Thank you for the feedback!

In my experience American air travel is indeed more focust on bagage. There are often more different fares in the US than in Europe

I’m 182cm about 6ft :)

Hi how are you. Did they weigh the hand luggage
Hello! Thanks for the question.
They didn’t weigh my hand luggage :)
I never wear shorts in a plane, even to the hottest destinations 🤭
Actually, that’s quite good because it can be really cold fast with the AC in a plane!
hi is lufthansa A320 not A321 minute 12:33
Thank you for spotting the mistake and watching the video closely! :)
I really don't like those old airbus ,they are not safe at ALLL especially Brussels airlines, they look toooooo old
