@@RebeccaPark12 The most walkable neighborhoods are Centro Histórico and Soho. However, most buildings in these areas are quite old. Unless you come across a newly renovated property, good insulation can be hard to find. To be honest, insulation isn’t typically a high priority in Spain, so this can be a challenge across the board. Hope that helps!
We bought a house in Torremolinos, El Pinillo area, closer to Arroyo de la Miel. A quiet area easily walkable to the more busting areas, and great C1 train connection in either direction. We move for good in November, 2024.
2:33 in the past I would've thought it was impossible to live in Málaga without speaking Spanish but thwre are many foreigners now therefore it might be possible, not as easy as if you live in Torremolinos or Benalmádena but still possible
Hello :), what is the best way to rent something in Malaga for 2-3 months? I searched on Booking/Airbnb but its pretty expensive. Is it any better way? Thank you :)
Hmm I don't think there are many other realistic ways to find a place to stay. Airbnb has the function that shows you that you can switch between different place to get the best overall price for your period, but I'm afraid those are the prices. You could look into pet/house sitting if you're open to that. there are sites like: trustedhousesitters.com Nomador.com mindmyhouse.com good luck
Whenever someone says Málaga is a nice city I think theyve basically seen city centre or maybe they liked EL Palo or Pedregalejo... I've always considered Málaga the ugliest capital in Andalucía 😂 I'm from malaga therefore I can say it.
Hi all 👋🏼 soooo about Malaga - what do you think? 🇪🇸
I agree with the vibe. Malaga has a unique vibe.
Moving there in November...hope it is good!
What are the most walkable neighborhoods? Also, how would you find a rental with good insulation?

.. only 25 minutes by Cercanías to Málaga Centro 👏 + there is some great hiking behind El Pinillo if you're into that.

The grass always looks greener on the other side. I don´t see Huelva, Almeria or Jaen nicer than Malaga, but that´s only my opinion
