We were looking at some of those luxury properties in Costa Del Sol and honestly from their info on their website they look great but now that I watched the video it makes me realize how we can’t dive into something like that without doing our due diligence in person. We bought a property in one state while living in another and that went great, but that was here in the US. I appreciate your video so much thank you!
I'm super glad to hear that it was helpful. And you are right, if you want to buy property here, it is essential to do the research and perhaps work with an advisor and/or lawyer to make sure that the process and everything involved is legit, legal and as promised.

What can an owner actually do to get rid of squatters?
I think that if you find out during the first 24 hours of them entering your property it's easy because you'd in theory only need to ask the local police to solve the issue. The problem comes if they entered days before and they got a letter or from the internet company or something like that because that might be prove that they're legal residents in that house/apartment.
How would you solve the dispute then? With lawyers.... basically that'd be it. That or giving them money to leave your property (it happens in many of those cases).
But as the video says I think that the issue has been exaggerated by the media. There aren't that many and in most cases the buildings they occupy belong to large companies or banks.

Can you make a video about legal responsibilities of apartment owners, builder's warranties in new developments etc ? For instance, if you own a penthouse, is the roof your responsibility?
Heeey. So I'm afraid that goes a little beyond my legal knowledge. And I think these types of questions highly depend on the building in particular so I'm not sure if we can paint a general picture.
