Haven't had good luck with chinese freewheels. I prefer the ones made by Nervar in India, which are also cheap but better quality. But still nothing beats Shimano in terms of quality for money spent.
My friend own a fixie and he was really careless with it so I told him to buy brakes but he said no because he said “only losers have brakes on their fixie”. But what’s the shame with having brakes??

The only "advantage" of those callipers is the very low weight. They barely brake. They only scrap the wheels
