LSHC partnered with TNG Community Services, Conflict Resolution and Training to provide small landlords with information about the value of conflict resolution and mediation and to share community resources that are available to assist landlords and tenants find a solution to disputes.
LSHC discusses LTB Mediation and recent legislative reforms that now permit payment plans reached outside of the LTB mediation and to be reflected in LTB orders when issued on the basis of the agreement.
