Good video, brave walking there with a camera that old chap you passed at 10:00 has been cleaning shoes there for 20 years he's a top bloke, and very hardworking, I always get my shoes cleaned every night and have a beer with him. One of Hua Hina's last old school charachters, as is the lady who gave you the apple she has owned that bar for many years.
Hi Capio, o miss Hua Hin so much, it was the last main part of Thailand that I hadn't stayed at for at least a month. And it ended up being my favourite. I can't wait to go back. And I'll get my shoes cleaned by that chap for sure. Cheers
@@HitTheRoadMedia same i love hua hin, a lot of people cant understand why, the beaches are nothing amazing the nightlife is average, its dirty in parts but it has something intangible thats special about it. It still feels like thailand unlike some other places with farangs
Thank-you both are my favourite places in Thailand. If Hauhin had an airport that would rock. Cause it would be about 40gbp one way. I'm basing that on changmai to Bangkok being a 30 gbp single ticket
Some girls cover their face because mostly her parents dont know that she is working in a bar. The girls usely tell their parents that thy work in a restaurant or as a hotel receptionist. Thats the reason.
That makes srnse Sianlover. Thanks for sharing. Im sorry if i came across judgemental. Life is hard enough with a wannabe youtuber poking a camera in ones face.
they also have boyfriends, foreigners sending money, other jobs even at good hotels & they also understand it's FOREVER! NEVER TO GO AWAY, I used to hate they did it now I fully understand they are actually damn smart she has no idea of her future so why be on YT if not asked, forever.
I spent two weeks in Hua Hin in 2009 but I don't recognize any of the bars or restaurants. It has changed a lot no doubt. There used to be horses for tourists to ride on the beach and the horses naturally did their thing on the beach, where tourists were sunbathing. I decided to take my next holiday elsewhere. 😁
I was the for the month of November 2023. Winter had just started so the tide was mostly always up. I did see a couple of horses on the beach but no poop. I can only imagine how it would be in the height of the summer of they are not clearing away the horse shiite. Still Hua hin remains my favourate part of Thailand.
i lived in thailand for like 3-4months a year for 10yrs. then lived in pattaya for a year leaving in 2018. a few months ago went back only to phuket and hua hin. spent 2 months in hua hin. i was impressed. I am in my late 50s. IF i was 25yoa or so, no then pattaya. i never partied so hard as in pattaya in my 40s. anyways. IF you want cool fun..i would say a bit less then pattaya as price. mall, hospital, ect. this place is spot on. the walk around this guy does...folks IF you been to pattaya. this is maybe 5%-10% of pattaya bar, clubs. but still many..you go to soi 55 by the RR tracks and 100s more. no GoGo bars...zero (at least official) and except for the hiltion there is only one real nightclub..i think it is called 51..and that soi 51 is mostly thais as was the club. nice place. my canadian GF in into other women-especailly thai. we rented a condo and had a "GF" for her and i every night...a few no's and many..most "yes, i like"...and they sure did like! no issued with Hua HIn... 3 hrs. nice bus ($10) and back in bangkok..
Wow William that sound like an amazing time you had. I was in Pattaya for two months and I remember on the first day walking to walking g street and thinking this place is bonkers. Then the next day I got my scooter and rode around. My mind was blown when I realised there is a whole town of walking street behind the official one. A crazy fun place. Way to much for me. Hua hin got my vote over pattaya only cause there is a slower pace
That's interesting, there were more bars than people that's for sure. I imagine it's both, a retirement town that haven't bounced back yet. Its a happy town though ☺️
Hi Jørgen, I know and i'm sorry, i've been using my s20 ultra and its just not built the amount of filming i've been doing with it. I'm now back in the uk looking for deals of a gopr12 creative suite. So that can only be an improvement. Here's to better quality in 2024. Thank you watching and I hope you keep doing so
On onehand I don't think I went out late enough, but on the other this is Hua Hin. It a sleeper more laid back place No pattya or Patong here. Still nice to be in a more relaxed part of Thailand
Why are you filming the girls? Huge no no dude! Especially in this town! A lot of girls here whose family don’t know they’re here! Did you even bother to ask anyone’s permission before sticking a camera in their faces?
No I hadn't. When I'm on public property I never ask permission. Also asking while filming would make a strange film.. and pre setting the people in my walks would also be strange. But I hear what your saying. Why especially in Hua hin if I may ask please??

Thank you Drew, 😊 thank you for watching
Brings back memories! Thanks
Good im glad you enjoyed the vlig. Thanks for watching
Love to visit there as looking nice place
It's my favourite place in Thailand for sure. I can't wait to go back
Definitely more relaxed and laid back compared to Pattaya and Phuket, but that's a good thing.
Yes for sure, and for sure it's a positive thing too 😊
Thanx for clearing that up cos we never would have known thank you very big 😂😂😂
Cheers 🍻
I'm living in Chiang Mai, but can't wait to move to Hua Hin. Nice video.

Have fun, I'm so jealous 😃

13 minutes in, that place indeed has really good pizza, I ate there a couple of times when I was there in January 😃 lovely Hua Hin
Sadly I didn't get to eat there. But will go when I return hopefully at the end of this year

Go to Sri Lanka , great beaches, wonderful people , safe, rich culture, mountains, and 30percent cheaper than Thailand
That walking street is definitely a late night area. I am normally tucked into bed by 9.30pm so never seen it busy
Im the same as you. This was as late as i was prepared to do lol
In start of the video, at the yellow ATM u missed great french restaurant Brasserie De Paris. 50 meters behind you. You should check it out next time!
Cheers, I will do the nextctime I'm in Hua hin
Lovely area , going back in September but I stay in Cha am
I wish I was going back so soon. I think I've been to Cha am, it's in the North isn't it. Next time I will widen my adventure

Hello i am also 50+. What do you think about Rayong ?
These attractions used to be so busy in Hua hin before covid but now it seems so quiet.Maybe it's becoming more of a retirement town now.
That's interesting, there were more bars than people that's for sure. I imagine it's both, a retirement town that haven't bounced back yet. Its a happy town though ☺️
5:50 in…
OMG/OMB When you say see you and pronounce “Ka” then you are a lady.
Men says “Krap” after a sentence 😂
I know that, didn't realise I said it. Was I wearing a frock 😆
Kap
The girls don’t want their pictures taken because of their families. Hua Hin is a more conservative resort. Small town vibes, beautiful people.
Yes I understand that. I love the small town vibe too.
❤🇵🇸
Love it 😀 😍 ❤️
are u still in Hua hin?
Sadly not, I'm back in the UK now : (
Looks d3ad this year we overwinter there last year 5he bes5 place to eatvwas the hot pan wherev6oulooked at the burgers
I was told it quieter that usual. Why I don't know.
Good video, but poor image quality

English man in Hua Hin😂
Lol thankyou
You could have gotten a haircut on the bottom floor of Bluport for 120 bt. No local pays 250 bt for a haircut! 😂
Yes I've seen that place a Bluport, but happy with this hair cut and the barbars banter made it all more than worth while. He was a funny guy
where is everyone

looks quiet
You think so, I did rather like it like that
@@HitTheRoadMedia ditto. in Pattaya recently. ehhh. looking at hua hin videos most of the time. great video btw🙏🩵🤳
A pretty dead place all together
That's right, don't tell anyone. And just there lies it's beauty
I have seen a few of these walkabout vids but I can't ever recall one being so boringly and poorly hosted.
Hi Micky yes I do need to jazz it up a bit and learn how to present more. Thank-you for your feedback, its a new channel so cheers for watching.
Naw you did fine. Don't listen to the haters!@@HitTheRoadMedia
You did okay.....Hit the Road to Hard....Suffers Concussion.....
hahaha I could not have said it better.....this guy is a real "wanker"

dude you talk way to much and your filming is very very poor....talk less and get better equipment
Have got new equipment and happy to talk less.
