That would be fucking AMAZING. Sickening is one of my faves. If anyone knows of a live performance of Marrow, please tell me. That song is just crazy. Seeing them in December. Can’t wait.
They did a retro songs themed tour in 2014 including songs from Contradictions Collapse and None EP and it was stated by the band that they were never going to play those songs again after that tour
The song Sickening were released in 1994 it’s kinda insane to think about it I really doubt that there were bands like that, I mean there were Pantera but Meshuggah it’s already on different level of breakdowns, they are ahead of time for sure.
This is honestly the most perfect thing Ive ever seen on both the interwebs and vhs bootleg tapes from the old days. I feel as happy as a pig in shit watching this.
I love when the camera rolls out to the crowd at the end of the set and the look on all their faces was priceless. Jaws all dropped in awe and confusion at the same time. Jens really rocking the devin townsend strapping young lad doo in this one. Oddly enough, when I first saw meshuggah, syl opened for em at the troc in philly like 01-02 or something

amazing performance, this is absolute peak Meshuggah for me. too bad the sound guys couldn't get their shit together, bass is barely there, guitars go completely silent in the middle of songs...
