It doesn't even matter. The eagles made sure that refs weren't the reason either team won or lost this game.
Of course it's a cheap shot penalty. He throws a punch at the WR's head. Are you blind? And KC O-Line held all night including on their first TD late in the game. Refs still favored them. Philly dominating with front 4 and keeping 7 back in zone is unbeatable. Just like when G-Men, Michael Strahan and Co. beat Brady and the undefeated Pats. Mahomes was awful too. Bills should have been playing. KC is not the team of a few years ago, especially their O-Line. At least the Super Bowl commercials were funny.
Comparing this with all the favorable wrong calls the chiefs have gotten in the past games, this is a really good call, can't even be called controversial.
Eagles were given a fumble they didn't even recover in their closest playoff game, where is the crying for that call?
The eagles have had less penalty yards than their opponents the last 9 games
You drank the social media koolaid. Try watching the games
@@teddroberts2918 eagles fan base is horrible and the refs favor them every game yet the entire 2 weeks was nothing but crying for the eagles if they lose. It was a garbage build up due to all the crying and an even worse game cause the NFL didn't want any more ref talk so the game wasn't even officiated after the first obvious penalty against aj brown
It's about time the Chiefs felt what their opponents have felt in the Superbowl. I hate Philly, but I'm tired of KC getting the 'just let them play' pass which ends up with them cheating. You can't tell me the most holding team in the NFL is always pristine in the Super Bowl. Especially when I see them hold, grapple and horse-collard tackle d-linemen.
Ur an actual embarassment so when other teams get the call its fantastic but when the chiefs get it problem
When a ref goes to allen on the bench nothing but they tell a joke to mahomes on the field rigged yall need genuine help
Oh your one of those 🙄
Lmao remember 2 years ago we had a competitive SB and the refs said actually, phantom PI chiefs win. Karmas a bitch.
@Kaplan3093 what are u lying about it was a hold and mahomes literally pointed as soon as he let go of the ball because ut was obvious
DEFENDER LITERALLY ADMITTED IT TOO 🤡
@@darryelphillip5219as a packers fan I'm pretty freaking annoyed tonight. Watching fans celebrate refs clearly rig a game for s team that benefited from a rigged game in their own conference is ridiculous
The hypocrisy of all you Eagles fans is crazy. That soft ass call was ridiculous and if the roles were reversed yall would be crying like yall were all week leading up to the game. I hate you kind of fans that cry about calls unless its against your team
Nah. This is the right call.

the dudes left hand quickly extends and retracts like a punch to the throat
not sure about that. was def a hard push off. i felt even here with dif angles and slow mo, he was originally trying to block, cushion the helmet to helmet hit coming.. but then yea he just throws his arm in there and shoves like no tomorrow...... like wtf so yea def a foul.
He hit with the forearm and the extension looks like Rock'em Sock'em Robots!! Need to watch it in slow mo, so good job on the video. In Slo-Mo, it seems pretty clear to be a penalty and I would give up the 'controversial call' angle.
You cannot hit a defenseless player in the head that's the facts. This video is actually pointless
It’s the right call
It's not.
It is. @@gregutz4284
As an Eagles fan I didn't that should had been called. But I didn't think the one AJ should had been called aswell
just seen the highlights. announcer def hated this call. me on the other hand i thought was fair call. i thought it was called for helmet to helmet. i felt the defender did put his hands up to help block the hit best he could. but then for some reason had that big push off.... which i didnt understand.
seeing it here 2 dif angles, and slow mo you can clearly see the fore-arm hit and push off. was very needless. i am all for player safety. and yes this should of been called.
This call is a huge momentum. Shift. I highly doubt KC scores on the following drive, but they would be getting the ball back in a scoreless game if this is the no call it should have been.
Top 10 Anime Betrayals.
😂
Personally, my first reaction was it was a make-up call for the earlier questionable call that went against the Eagles.
He hit his so hard that 88 didn’t even fall down 😅😅
Again, it's the correct call
It was weak and if Mahomes had snapped his head back like that you'd have said he flopped.
So why didn't they call the pick on the eagles on AJ brown touchdown? It would be the correct call, how come they didn't give the ball back to the packers on a clear recovery for green bay, when it's the correct call? Guess the eagles don't benefit from ridiculous calls.
When the true ratings come out on this being the least watched Superbowl in the last 30 years the NFL will start making changes
Best thing about this game is there was no way anyone can say the refs WON the game for the Eagles. Refs might swing one possession but not a 40 point blowout.
This was more of a penalty than the bogus OPI on Brown. Chiefs fans wanna cry about this one after they got a break on the opening drive of the game.
Goedert was selling, both penalties were penalties though. But Goedert clearly was flopping on this because he knew he couldn't make the catch.
It's the right call 🤷♂️
Incidental contact isn't supposed to be called
@@yeetacus_the_maximus6978 agree, but this is not that, sorryyy
Of course, you always see the defender put their hands right by the other guy's helmet when taking a cheap shot.
At real speed it looked like legit call and they upheld it to even out the offensive PI they called on Philly that was weak.
Just ignore it and celebrate the win, baby!!!
ChIeFs GeT aLl ThE cAlLs….
It’s a chincy call but it’s satisfying because Mahomes gets these allll the time. I’m not even someone who thinks it’s “rigged”
Or “scripted” but Mahomes DEFINITELY gets the ol’ superstar benefit of the doubt.
The worst one was a couple weeks ago when (clearly in the replay) the defenders hit each other and then still got called for hitting Mahomes.
National Flag League
The brown pi looked like pi. The calls against the chiefs makes game looked rigged.
What made it look rigged was the fact the tv broadcast showed the play 3 separate times with the officiating expert crying about the call, but didn't do it for any other call.
This could have won me a bet with my mom
i think if you call the OPI than that also a call. You just need to make sure to call it the same on both sides. And thats what they did. Both were on the "can" but not "must" spectrum
That’s not even a bad call
More interesting question, how do chiefs never get called for being in the neutral zone or offsides?
Meanwhile the chiefs shouldn’t even be in this game without terrible calls
Soft ass called by the 🦓 hurt Kansas City Chiefs
Yep eagles were gifted so many calls this playoffs and yet fans cried about the chiefs, now we gotta deal with the garbage eagles fan base.
It was a penalty.
What abt the OPI on AJ Brown?
Make a video about the BS Offense PI in the Eagles first drive
It was a make up call for the BS drive ending call on Philly's first drive. It really didn't matter in the end. The Chiefs should never have been in the Super Bowl. They were not better than the Bills this year and did not play on the same level as the Eagles in this game.
They did better. They deserved it. The Eagles played better here, they deserved it. What more do you want?
Too big to rig
But what about the chiefs getting games rigged in their favor?! No this doesn't count
At least you are calling it fair. A total dive.
A total dive? He didn't even even go down! What on earth are you even talking about?
didnt matter
Oh well…
CHIefS GeT AlL THE CalLS
Stop defending KC. They lost it’s over 1 penalty would not have changed the outcome when they were down by 20+. The referees saw something different. 😂
There is no ball
This was probably a make up flag for the opi but this was a far worse penalty than the opi.
Tbf the OPI was constant hands to the helmet
@10thletter40 yeah like I can see where the ref was coming from for the opi but the unnecessary roughness was just bad
Penalty!!!
Old guy here. BS call
I didn’t believe u but then you said you’re old
If any FLAG show us today, that #Mahomes is HUMAN. Without all the LATE CALLS gone KC way the last four years, today #NFLFans can rejoice that NO LATE CALLS went KC way.
How about the fact the chiefs get called for this soft flag but the eagles didn't get called for their pick on the aj brown touchdown? Sure it was soft but in comparison to this just ss much of a flag. It was pretty obvious this game was called completely against the chiefs due to the 2 weeks of crying about the officials. Worst super bowl ever at least Seattle throttled the bronco's from the start the eagles didn't get going untill they started getting ridiculous calls.
My guy this was the only bad call against the chiefs the entire night. With a well reffed game, the chiefs suck. O line was terrible and your receivers sucked except for worthy. Just take the loss and move on.
@@cayden_bia Worthy picked up a lot of empty calorie stats same with Mahomes.
@@cayden_bia only bad call sure cause they didn't call anything. Game stunk and refs clearly had a bias cause they had to listen to you guys whine the past 2 weeks and anything slightly in the chiefs favor results in controversy, like the first offensive PI where brown goes inside the guys face mask and the broadcast team in whining about the call. Again there was less backlash and discussion for a fumble recovery being wrong than an extremely close spot
Don’t matter the DE was clearly offsides
