Masterchef Canada and Australia are so much better than the US version. First of all the talent is just next level and secondly, they don't film it like a trashy reality tv show.
All 3 of the judges seem to be like judges. Master chef US is just Gordon trying food and then joe throwing it way while Graham just hangs out in the back

ive always wondered, were the fillings in shawns maple tart and mary’s audition dessert set properly? I remember that fillings are supposed to hold, not look runny like an egg yolk. But it seems like theirs didn’t hold. Im no chef, just very curious 🙂
Sometimes it’s due to the tv production and sometimes their food actually sits for hours between cooking and presentation so they can do all the editing.
I think Terry's nerveness just showed how important this journey was for him!
