Mary (the red headed contestant from the first cake video) is a vegetarian but has consistently proven herself to be better at cooking meat than many of the ones who eat it
Now, meat is something you should be able to cook as a professional chef, whenever you consume it yourself or not, however there’s always an alcohol free choice.
My sister is a professional chef, she’s a vegetarian. Just because she doesn’t like meat doesn’t mean she isn’t going to cook it. Everyone else in my family is a meat eater, including myself, and she cooks the meat just fine. She doesn’t want to slaughter the animal and she chooses to buy some she knows had a good life before being slaughtered. It’s a conscious choice whenever you want to participate in animal cruelty or not. I like my steak but I’d gladly pay 10 more pounds for a steak I know comes from a well fed, well taken care of cow than one trapped in a 4x4 pen

You are so right! Christopher's was on point! It was beautifully made up on the outside, purely professional. The layers on the inside when cut and presented were perfect!! The lines of each layer precise and no bleeding over. Then David's cake on the outside looked like just a run of the mill, homemade birthday cake. The layers were not precise when presented. I didn't understand that decision at all!!
well it was his son's birthday, he had to miss his son's birthday just to make that cake, even tough it did not look good, he put alot of effort in the cake just for his son. it's not perfect, but it's wholesome.

Absolutely obsessed with watching Canadian master chef. The criticism is actually to better the chefs and honestly I am a huge fan of the judges and contestants! The judges when they do like it, let it be known why. It is absolutely refreshing and I am routing for every contestant!
