Guys I got some oil paints and brushes and I had been waiting to use them but i finally just dove in yesterday and I practiced some mountains and they turned out pretty good! Bob is right you barely use any pressure. Just thought I'd share my success with you all since this is such a happy little community.

As someone who has GAD, watching Bob Ross videos has helped me with my anxiety way more than prescription medication ever did.

Satisfaction at its finest hour
The easel leg and paint brush disliked this video. It was starting to get annoyed that Bob kept beating the devil out of it.

This was such a sweet little oval painting! To get it off my chest again, I love how it looks all rough on the edges BEFORE he pulls it off. I wish he would do that. He could still transpose the trees to the outside but I wish he would leave the rough edges. It just looks more natural, which, you would think Bob would WANT in a painting.
Lovely pink clouds to make for a nice sunset type background (I would have made the sky less blue and more on the purple side in all honesty to make it look more like a sunset). I love the simple undetailed tress in the back, to the bigger and more detailed and highlighted trees to the right of the cabin and left of the painting, all the way to the really detailed bark of the dead tree. The hills are as soft and green and colorful as ever, and the cabin is so great with the shingles and wood. One of his better small cabins to me.
I hope you agree with some of my little changes to the painting, and my thoughts as well~

Another great review :) definitely one of Bob's best cabins there, and I agree that the sky was a bit bright for sunset - looks more like mid afternoon. All in all I really like this one and I love how much depth it has with the different levels of trees in the background :)

So, 30 - 47 people have nothing better to do but hate Bob Ross episodes. Maybe they should paint and release their hate, then change their dislike to a like.

I see some thumbs down. That's really no problem since this is Bob's way of saying "it takes dark to see light" . If there wasn't any thumbs down , we wouldn't be able to see the thumbs up.
