The beauty of Broken Picturephone is that the craziness of a book is inversely proportional to the quality of the art. The more abstract the drawing, the weirder and more off-topic the prompts get.
I love the BPPs where we end up with something surprisingly adorable out of nowhere, and my gosh Emmy's lil' Pringles/Lay's Stax spider has stolen my heart
My absolute favorite thing in Broken Picturephone isn't a theme for art, it's a theme for books. Person A: reads their book's starting prompt Person B: "Oh no!" Or other reactions like "Oooh I understand now". Alternatively if it happens like 2 drawings in that is good too. Just anytime someone has an exclamation about where the book is going I love it. For example, 16:03 we get the referenced "oh no" from before.
Prompt idea: Fictional characters. You have to pick a fictional character and describe them as obscurely and bizzarely as possible and what they're doing. The next person has to draw who they think that it is. At the end of the book you have to say who it actually was.
Theme idea: Scenes from a hat, but with broken picturephone. Let the chat from one of your streams donate prompts. Each player gets a random prompt from the selection available.
@@PriffyViole Yeah, but I feel like there's usually something else...off about most of the things Senor Cardgage says other than just the name, so maybe more like, "Happy birdsday, prsandra!"
Smoking Giraffe is pretty great. Dan blesses us once again. Edit: OMG I LOVE THOMAS'S ITERATION OF THE GIRAFFE oh stephen. oh honey. Alocholism returns Perfect
She did use to be a detective, though! She quit and became a thief because she thought solving crimes was too easy. Though I imagine her joint heist with 50 Cent helped that along.

"Alex, why'd you give the peanut boobs?" Brand new sentence

Hayley's drawings always remind me of either that high quality 90s clipart you got on Office 97, or drawings from a how-to guide from the same era.

I gotta say it's nice to see a "normal" BPP again, it's been a while! Between all the computer prompts and Broken Phone fridge closings
Happy 2nd birthday Prsandra! I'm adding this date to my calendar for next year :P
What if you wrote it in DD/MM/YYYY for future archives 👉👈
@@PTSD_Guts Prsandra was born Aug 27, 2020
Hayley had big “zero context wikihow article” energy today

I love that will can just convey EVERYTHING almost perfectly with only emojis.
Oh lord no wonder Stephen was giggling at the thumbnail at the end of last night's stream haha
Honestly I'm shocked the giraffe stuck around so long in the first book
Happy Birthday to Prsandra the vampire cat 🧛🏻♀️🐱
That reminds me, I need to try and download those books I read as a kid about the vampire bunny.
Don't worry, Stephen, I understood what you meant by the "squizzle".
Tax draff is great! Thomas, you okay bud? No, my cat would not be named PrSandra. 😂
Theme idea: Scenes from a hat, but with broken picturephone. Let the chat from one of your streams donate prompts. Each player gets a random prompt from the selection available.
Alex’s art for Broken Picturephone is always the best…
…and then there’s Stephen, derailer of Broken Picturephone books.
- not naming my cat Prsandra
*Looks down at my kitten Vivian* Well, Prsandra, what do you think of that?
Broken picturephone never fails to melt my brain lol
Geoffrey the Giraffe, Eat the Rich, Cool Hot Dog Man. I think that summarized BPP really well.
Some of these books went on a journey.
I think I need to start talking about peanuts having "nut lattice" now
Was honestly expecting the Bullwinkle vs red boxing gloved man to lead to a drawing of Strong Bad trying to fight Bullwinkle
HAPPY BIRTHDAY PR-SANDRA!!
This episode’s Secret Theme (tm) was “french,” i think
Remember: algorithms save lives.
A kid who said his uncle worked at TH-cam told me, so there's no way it isn't veridical.
Copasetic
Schrodinger's Birthday; Psandra is both a cat and a vampire at the exact same time, you won't know until you open the rollerskating rink.
28:05 when Stephen reads it aloud it's really unsettling to me since my name is Morgan.
Happy birthday PrSandra!
Prsandra sounds like a name that Senor Cardcage would call you. Or part of SOME kind of Homestar Runner bit, at least. Am I wrong?
I can, in fact, vividly picture Cardgage saying "Happy Birthday Prsandra".
@@PriffyViole Yeah, but I feel like there's usually something else...off about most of the things Senor Cardgage says other than just the name, so maybe more like, "Happy birdsday, prsandra!"
These stayed so consistent compared to past BPP videos XD
Happy 2nd birthday, Prsandra!
Well I wasn't going to name a future cat Prsandra but now I just might
happy 2nth birthday prsandra
Kids, don't let your giraffe smoke.
I am commenting to help this video with the algorithm!
This week on Stephen and Friends: Nut Lore and Nut Lines.
Can I suggest a starting prompt?
I suggest the phrase “Mr. Peanut died for our sins”
There is video evidence of vlog titles being used as a theme
I called my cat Prsandra and he attacked my leg.
If I ever get a cat I will name it prrsandra
Smoking Giraffe is pretty great. Dan blesses us once again.
Edit: OMG I LOVE THOMAS'S ITERATION OF THE GIRAFFE
oh stephen. oh honey.
Alocholism returns
Perfect
8:35 Baby Drago(s) my beloved
Please don't be sorry for the "Tragedy" parody, Stephen. I was already singing the song myself 😂
AS an Irish person that is quiet a good Cliffs of Moher
7:23 MM for WTF was Stephen Georg trying to draw... because it didn't work as planned...
He was trying to draw the knots that are on the ends of hot dogs before they're grilled.
prsandra sounds like a fake name strong bad would come up with and i love it
Stephen lost me at God damn SQUIZZLES!!!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
9:08 Wasn't Carmen Sandiego a thief?
Yep! And I'm not sure how anyone caught her because she kept freaking moving!
She did use to be a detective, though! She quit and became a thief because she thought solving crimes was too easy.
Though I imagine her joint heist with 50 Cent helped that along.
Your "secret theme" cigarette.
I would name my cat Psandra
Idea: phrases are ONLY comprised of emojis
Theme: Memes.
For the algorithm!
Quick, someone name a cat XD
Prsandra is a beatiful name
Hey why not have a theme of og games
First line is obviously title and genre, then the next one is the vague representation of said title :D
No Chaz :(
“Commenting helps a lot”
I did it Emmy, am I helping? :V
I think you *are* helping!
Viva la revolution
Does commenting "comment" help?
In my humble opinion, it does.
Will!
