God, that text is like trying to read in a dream.
This is easily the most cursed episode of Broken Picture Phone, but it also might be one of the best.
Things not to watch before bed.
9:36-10:18 Memorable Moment: Chararlie Brow. I had to pause the video for like three minutes because I was laughing too much
We often say stuff is cursed in a hilarious way. But this episode was legitimately, genuinely, unironically, horrifying. I love it.
10:30 - 11:36 Memorable moment: Dan tries to save the game.
And that's the thumbnail, too. I lost it as soon as I saw the thumbnail and the title.
Also, watching through the video, I realized that the AI is surprisingly bad at writing text. I suppose that makes sense: given that it might not understand the basic rules of sentence making, it's just going to take anything it can find, and make something new. Which it absolutely fails to do correctly.
The one on the left looks like Snooki upon her encounter with an eldritch abomination.
It's hilarious how Dan's attempt to save the game backfired horribly. 😂
8:20 Saying Sonic and Pikachu in the same sentence brought back some VERY cursed memories......
The AI trying to make animals is nightmare fuel.

I love the text. A lot of just about would plausibly be letters if you knew of letters and the aesthetic of letters but not which ones actually are letters. But it gets the spelling wrong even though it seems to be directly trying to insert the letters from the prompt into the image.
But people and animals - its rendition of these definitely need some work. Unless it's in a Monet drawing.
Those monet ones are really good. I would buy the second one.

Which AI gen did you use? I tried MidJourney and "Gordon Ramsay working at iHop" produced absolutely perfect rendition. But I suppose the point of this video wasn't for perfect renditions. lol

So Ive heard that one of the reasons that AIs mess up the faces (sometimes) is due to copyright reasons. The others are just what hell looks like.
