- This salmon pink bird eater setup video is me making a totally naturalistic tarantula setup that's cost nothing to make. The Lasiodora parahybana setup or other wise known as an LP tarantula is one of the largest tarantulas in the world. Most of the products used in the DIY tarantula setup came from the outside and re purposes inside this salmon pink bird eater tarantula enclosure.

Also cause of those fck foam. The whole background was on fire...i grabbed the burning terrarium and screamed to my Wife "Open the balcony door !" And i jumped out with the Hellfire in my Hands.

Mine ripped up his moss and plants. He seems to enjoy alternating between filling in his hides and then digging them out again. The enclosure doesn't look as nice now but he seems to enjoy having some enrichment.
Great enrichment lol mines hid in the back corner for a week. Only last night found his hide
I have all of my T's in bigger than traditional bio enclosures that I build & design myself including background. To ME this is 1 of my many favorite parts of even keeping tarantulas! Each T enclosure has it's own "theme" I'm currently slowly working on my newest additions enclosure. I just acquired a juvenile Lasiodora parahybana who is chilling in a temp enclosure while she matures & I get the bio part of her bio enclosure established.
Just FYI... I have also used expanding foam to build up the details & I have NOT taken off the shiny bits b4 using my aquarium silicone to push substrate into & they've held up just fine, but I will try this next time... just to see if there's a difference. Either way I agree with u, it's a lot more fun doing everything yourself for a beautiful unique enclosure the finished project is always more than worth the work to make them & w a great imagination... the sky is the limit!!!

I like the video, but I'm a bit puzzled...if you are so careful about avoiding chemical fertilizers and dog urine, why are you fine with using chemicals like glue and expanding foam all around the spider?
All the products used are tested as animal safe. We don't know what insecticides are on materials from outside
