Akeem! If I make pullups,pushups, crunches, dips, jumpsquats, than I restart the set it takes about 4 min one set. Dont you think it is too much time that passes between the same muscle groopes ( I mean like pullups to pullups 4 min)?
Depends on your number of reps in the sets and you goals.. muscle endurance? hypertrophy? That will dictate if you should go til failure and take longer breaks or not.
@@acethedefender4892 thanks. I am not taking breaks just change exercises,and do these circles. Goal is a little more hypertrophy and mostly definition
