Now this is SOME KIND OF MANSION!! Love the separate sections!! You can live in any part!! Look at all the room and space!! People can be living here and you don't even know!! Just really Beautiful!! This maybe my favorite home right now!! Thank You, Timothy!!
I've daydreamed and planned my future dream palace for many many years. And just when I think I have a lot of it figured out, I see this home tour and it completely blows up the plans in my head. 😆 Back to the ol' drawing board. Ha ha ha.
This is one of the best houses you have shown, very cozy and not sterile like some multimillion homes. The fireplaces are my favorites. It would be great if they made a crackling sound like a real fireplace. Colorado has some nice Toll Brothers homes, and next to Golden Eagle, they have to be one of my favorites.
This home is absolutley gorgeous i lkve everything about this home i love sll the fire places i love the outdoor living i love the kitchen with the tashmahal countertop Thsnk you so much for showing Take care and god bless Best regards anja
I would say that the housekeeper would be doing all the shopping and, therefore, have their own garage space. By the way, Tim, the word you were looking for is evoke. Scents evoke memories.
OMG!!!! I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. It has that farmhouse rustic feel to it. My all-time favorite part is the master bedroom with the fireplace in it and the master bathroom with the stand-alone tub and the faucet coming from the floor. I want this place so bad because I love it so much. I would definitely put a pool table down in the basement area. I love the fireplaces throughout, built-ins throughout, and the back patio both up and down. I'm probably forgetting things, so I'm going to watch it again. You've really outdid it this time, Timothy and Jen. This place is immaculate. I give this a 10 out of 10. I love it.❤❤❤❤❤
I think the office and the exercise room were considered bedrooms, otherwise there are only four bedrooms. The exercise room has an egress window so it can be used as a bedroom.
A swimming pool, in Colorado?!? But you have a beautiful reservoir A hop skip and a jump away from your backyard! Don’t be silly, pools don’t work out for people in Colorado.
This home is one of the most Amazing ones. It hits every criteria. Beautifully designed. The layout is unique. Love this❤️❤️But, for 4.5 million I would expect a pool and firepit already installed. JS
Building the house itself is already so much work, either it wasn’t enough time for the pool and fire pit or it’s giving the owners a chance to do what they would like with it! And you have a beautiful reservoir in your own backyard! Pretty great if you ask me!
Didn't get why the kitchen island near the dining table had a sink. Not quite the Colorado home I'd want to pay that kind of money for nor the location. The builder though I think did a quality job. The first room by the front entry set up as office has got to be a guest bedroom because the bathroom right across from it with that big walk in shower and those are the only two rooms in that big long hallway except the master directly behind the stone fireplace.
For 4.5 million a house without a pool overlooking a dried up puddle? Seriously? The design is not for everyone - too brutal. An old-fashioned kitchen, two islands and a sink in each - why? I didn't like it.
Because 2 sinks can provide more functionality and separation for optimal usage. You can use the furthest from the great room as a dish only sink and the other sink for prepping food. I agree about the missing pool. Seems pretty standard in an asking price for over 1 million dollar home. ❤
It may not be for you and it may not have a pool but it’s still a gorgeous house! And the effort that was put into it is crazy. Appreciate what the builder did and morning it has a pool or not.
I don’t know how I feel about this house. I’ve seen way too many of your walk-throughs to think that this house is worth 4+ million dollars. I get what they were trying to do with the design, going for a modern rustic feel, but it just comes off late 80s early 90s, and it looks like the whole house was furnished from Target (nothing wrong with that! Just not 4+ million dollars looking). I like the smart features though!
I think it’s more the effort the builder put into it! This house is gorgeous and it took a lot of hard work and dedication from everyone! Appreciate the land it’s on and how hard it is to build a house this beautiful.

Yes I would want that mini bar setup in the bedroom. Perfect coffee station.
I love this home, and I'm happy you've finally come to Colorado!
Now this home is breathtaking very beautiful.
For such a large home, yes, you're right, feels very cozy.
I've daydreamed and planned my future dream palace for many many years. And just when I think I have a lot of it figured out, I see this home tour and it completely blows up the plans in my head. 😆 Back to the ol' drawing board. Ha ha ha.
Beautiful I love the kitchen
I don't know but this home is another one of my favorites very spectacular indeed. I definitely love the layout of this home.

I love the way he walks up to the homes like a BOSS🤣🔥🤎
Nothing triggers a memory or experience faster than a sent or smell that's for sure...good or bad....lol
When can we get some luxury condos or smaller houses.
Love the layout! It doesn’t seem cavernous like a lot of the large homes I’ve seen here!
My wonderful state!!!
Scent can trigger memories. I think that was what you were trying to say.😊
I'd move the double doors to the office down a little so I could put a coat closet to the right of the front door
I think the larger garage would make more sense near the kitchen.
I would say that the housekeeper would be doing all the shopping and, therefore, have their own garage space.

True, if I could afford that home, I could afford a housekeeper. Lol

I would rather have a second dishwasher in my kitchen than a third oven.
Beatutiful

Wassup Tim?! Just love the pantry and fireplaces, especially the barbecue area, I can just see myself flipping those burgers, brats and such.
Love you from Pakistan ❤❤
Overlooking a giant mud puddle that looks like it dries up in summer.
Who changes the lightbulbs in this place?
Wow, nice home. Needs a jacuzzi outside and sauna inside. Heads up, there's a typo in the professional home plans link. 22:44
When you give the square footage are you including the garage space? Thanks.
no just finished livable space
@@TimothyPLivingston thank you:)
This is a very beautiful home, however, if I'm going to pay 4.5M for it, I don't want neighbors right next door! And there is no swimming pool.
A swimming pool, in Colorado?!? But you have a beautiful reservoir
A hop skip and a jump away from your backyard! Don’t be silly, pools don’t work out for people in Colorado.
I think the larger garage would make more sense near the kitchen. The bar downstairs would be a functional kitchen for multigenerational living.
OMG!! Speechless.
31:36 Scent is a positive, Smell is a bit negative. 😂

Beautiful, but tv is way too high. Ugh, neck ache.
Yeah can you imagine watching the flinstones like that 🤣 I love the flinstones 🤣
I said the same thing. My neck aches just thinking about watching that TV.
Beautiful house. Love the layout and the surrounding looks so peaceful.
Excellent work presenting all of those breathtaking luxury homes. So entertaining and the verbal presentation pointing out features I may have missed!

Gorgeous home but needs a pool.
The free standing tub is a pain to clean down sides and under. Why they don't put in a built-in big deep soaking tub is beyond me.😮
It's a dick move when there is a sign to not push close and you try to do it
BEAUTIFUL
If you got a home this big you better have a lawn care crew, and a maid.

What kind of person need a house this big.
Was the decorator color blind?
❤ such a beautiful home!
Awesome!
Pause at 6:17 and check out the default. Not good enough for that price
Beautiful home ❤
4.5 millions and NOT a pot filler? 🙄 The design, layout is not practical, there is no way i’ll pay that money for THAT! 🤷🏻♀️
Pot filler. Guess you don’t need the house.
Not one, but TWO kitchen islands, and they have to put a sink on both of them?????
One simple glassware sink and a plate/ pot sink. That sink can also be used for prepping dinner if you have two separate hands on a big meal.
nice house but not worth 4.5 million.
Agree

I agree. 4+ million dollars and no pool, view, or even a fire pit installed. The staging looked really cheap as well. Just looks dated.
It may not be for you and it may not have a pool but it’s still a gorgeous house! And the effort that was put into it is crazy. Appreciate what the builder did and morning it has a pool or not.
Some of us have a big family to cook for. And the levels of lakes and rivers always vary.
@@mcrchickenluvr If you love cooking so much, it makes sense to install two dishwashers. Or do you love washing dishes so much?

Don’t think this is worth 4.5 million dollars
This house is ridiculous, and not in an impressive way. It’s not cozy or inviting. It’s dark and sterile.
Tbh I'm not a fan of the whole "fireplace flanked by built ins" thing. I love the plain stone wall here!
