The sound of crickets, coupled with that of the grooming session, fills me with a strange nostalgia. I feel like hugging our planet. We live in a busy world, full of wires and WiFi hotspots and whatnot, and this reminds me of a childhood where crickets were the lords of the night. No cars, no human noise, just nature's gentle whisper. I feel like sometimes we are forgetting how beautiful a simple life can be. Your videos are like a window to a forgotten time, thank you for them!
I absolutely agree with you, but also I use this video for asmr as for some reason the crickets the soft grooming session and gentle background noise helps me relax and fall asleep 😄
@@veryjazzyboi3990 I'm a millennial. Born 1990. Young people (including me) could benefit from reducing screen time, especially when we're not doing anything productive with it (pointing at you, social media). @@veryjazzyboi3990 I think you misunderstood the point of the original comment. Our life can get pretty busy. We tend to overwork ourselves for a meager wage and when we finally get home, we usually spend the time that's left in front of a screen. Maybe we're doing something productive, maybe we're just dying for a bunch of likes and a nice selfie. I watch the version without most of the talking and just the cat and arm grooming. helps me sleep too especially because there during the grooming she's quiet alot of people talk all the way through and I find it spoils the whole thing lol what about u x
love how patient the kitty is with Bugs grooming her, so cute! Its funny how often monkeys that are raised with cats will end up being really close to them. I have a friend who runs a wildlife sanctuary in Zimbabwe, Africa and has a few orphaned monkeys in her care, who are raised in the household along with a variety of different animals that need 24th care. And the monkeys always seek out the cats for company and comfort! happens the same with every new baby monkeys that are raised in her home. Rescued adult monkeys aren't kept in the house so it's not the same with them, it's just the orphaned baby monkeys that get the house and the choice of companion! The sanctuary takes in the overflow of dogs and cats from the local SPCA (because the sanctuary is huge with an abundance of land), so there are lots of friends to choose from lol!
Sounds like a wonderful place :) God Bless them.... It's odd here because most all cats really take to Angel but not Bugs so much... Snickers however was brought home for Angel BUT bonded with Bugs... It's HIS first kitty really... They all play with him SOME but belong to the Angel... I have spaces wide enough the cats can fit so they can get in and out of the pens as they want to...

"Stinking" is the right word: they use their shit as a social device, flinging it/eating it/playing with it. Better they're behind the glass, as they do have an unpredictable habit of ripping faces off people, which makes them a bit scary, in the same way you might be scared of an Autism spectrum child going through puberty, being very strong, and lacking boundaries when it comes to sexual activity.
