Just wondering if you were ok belly wise after the tamarin juice? I’m always tempted but after drinking tap water in Mauritius i got a bit sick. Just wondering if its just made from tap water. Thanks
Hey! I drank tap water for the entire month in Mauritius because apparently it’s safe to drink and I had no issues personally. My friend also drank it the whole time and had no issues. ☺️ So maybe it was something else?
@AndyTravels I tried to get a recipe from a boulette vendor at a beach but he wouldn't give it. He said no one would buy from him if he did! Wise man. 😆

Can we pay in euros 💶?
No, you will need Mauritian Rupees 🇲🇺 You can exchange them in the airport when you land! (You get a better exchange rate in Mauritius)
225rs for the briani was way overpriced. Do try 'Sherab Briani' in Vacoas at 175rs. Worth It
Thanks for the tip! I will be sure to try that one next time. 🇲🇺
