On the verge of getting that or the Toyota Corolla Cross. Mazda has a better selection of interior exterior colors and better on noise reduction, high end look for the price. The Corolla Cross is much better on gas and is slightly smaller than the Mazda CX-5. The only thing hanging me up is, do I want to have less gas mileage than the car I currently have, or go with the better noise reduction, nicer interior but less gas mileage than my current vehicle. Definitely leaning towards the Mazda CX-50

I like nice leg room and back seats that fold down. Sooner or later I'll be looking for another SUV/Crossover. One about same size as my Saturn. Hybrid. By viewing this video it seems Honda CR-V might suit me best. Mazda is coming out out with hybrid in USA in 2024. I wonder if it will be midsize & roomy like my Saturn? Trading in my Kia van 2017 with 170,000 miles...YES, I drive alot. Yesterday test drove RAV4 and Highlander. Satisfied with both. Difficult going from large van to RAV4. I want the Highlander/leather for the RAV4 price...cunundrum. I usually pay off my car notes and buy 2-3 yo used. Difficult feeling comfortable with brand new. I heard resale market excellent on ALL used cars. Maybe I purchase Highlander for 2 years then when I retire switch to RAV4 ..OPINIONS ANYONE????

Leasing isn't for everybody but for me I found that to be the best way to go. You're paying off the depreciation of the car with each payment but no interest. So at the end of your lease if you choose to buy out, It's usually the cheaper route to go in the long run. Better warranty plan. For example my car was 32, 000 ish. Two and a half years later my payoff price is just over $6,000. If I choose to buy out I will only be paying interest on the $6,000. Leasing monthly payments are usually cheaper than buying as well. The reason why leasing was better for me is because I feel more comfortable having the better option of repair and cost. Worth the research.

Much happier with the X1 honestly. 49k for my fully loaded top of the line m sport x1, 52K for my not fully loaded Rav4 . Talk about totally outclassing the Rav4 in the price range. U had me fooled toyota. The BMW feels like a spaceship in comparison tech wise. Noise on the Rav4 was annoyingly high. Brakes felt off on the toyota. Cheap interior comparably. The only rhing better to me on the rav 4 hybrid was gas mileage. But u can get the X1 in hybrid or electric so thats a wash. I still the the Rav4 is a decent car but not for the price.
