A full walkthrough of how to play the Steel Judoka on the hardest difficulty while completing all 4 islands. I hope some of you find this useful. Enjoy!
I watch your vids when I'm a few missions in with a new squad to get some pointers...but the first pod you opened here completely changes the dynamic of the loadout and now I'm back where I started lol.
Force amp is one of the best passives for this weird squad, you were so lucky to get it on the first pod found in the first mission 😂 Not to take away from your gameplay though you're clearly real good with this squad! I find them so challenging to play
Depends on your goals. If you want to finish and collect all achievements - very little. If you want to have a flawless run on highest difficulty with extra enemies enabled - you’re gonna need some luck in the beginning depending on your squad to get yourself going, but after that you can manage with careful planning.
@@idealsAREisomorphic Thanks. I've bought the game and beaten it with different squads now. It's a great "chess" like game and I had lots of fun with it.
Probably because there weapons aren’t good enough to compliment there whole shtick also the vek can’t always be predicted and even if they can that doesn’t always mean they can be used I don’t think there “shit” but I do think they are the worst squad which sucks because it’s a cool concept and I truly think it could work better with a few changes(e.g buff base passive damage, make it effect burrow and bumping like the other passive and maybe give the judo mech a longer throw range so it moving allies is more useful)
I love how you explain everything, your upgrade choices etc. thank you.
4:33 TIL you don't actually need to recover the time pod, just keep it alive. :) Great vid!

I'm amazed by how quickly you are able to calculate the best moves in each position.
I usually pause the recording while I'm planning my next move, I'm really not that quick :)

Dang it i miss your videos they are so good, would love to see you play the advanced
a bit late to these videos, but i am glad i found them. this really is enjoyable content.
15:05 brother, what a beautiful fucking turn.
you’re the first person i see that never thinks twice before damaging grid. Those poor civilians man what did that do to you
Don't you love Harold's look on the thumbnail?
Couldn't hide the pain really.
Surprised you didn't go with mantis for the judo squad, they really lack in direct damage and Kazaak provides just that.
Yeah, the push repair is a bit weak on a squad that already has good movement control
Vek: *eppears on the screen*
This guy: so you choose death?
Imo, the pilot that can move through enemies is better for the judo mech
Man, I can pause the video for 20 minutes and still not figure out the correct move -_-. I wish my mind worked however the way yours does.
You're too kind. I usually take my time when planning my moves. I simply edit out the pauses when I'm deciding what to do to streamline the video
How do you figure out where to place your mechs in the beginning?
You can see move area of vek and calculate what are they do next.
Sorry for engrish.
Getting a Force Amp from the first island kinda outs this as a guide, not gonna lie. That thing is ridiculous.
How much does luck play a factor in this game?

First play of first level : 2 mistakes :/
