Very detailed information on both. I was looking at both and after several years ended up buying the hustle 5.0 before watching this video. I have absolutely NO regrets on the 5.0. The shoe compartment sold me.
I have the Hustle Pro in a Maroon colour, agree the straps are very solid and rigid, compared to any other rucksack, no idea why and what the benefits are, the strap number system is a bit of a gimmick, annoyingly the metal zips on both main and middle compartment when unzipped fully, they disappear in the side mesh pockets, so you have to root around and grab them to zip the bag up again. No anchor points or tags in either of the compartments to fit a carabiner so everything just ends up in the bottom of the bag like your keys, wallet etc. The plastic clip on the right strap is to help carry another bag strap on your shoulder like a side holdall, it stops the holdall's strap sliding off when your carrying it. It's mountable on either left or right strap, by default it's fitted to the right strap but can be fitted to the other strap, i.e. if your left-handed, just need to pinch both halves of the fabric strap it slides up and down on and pull it off, fitting on the other strap is the reverse but takes ALOT of patience and maybe some needlenose pliers to pull the material into position, but it can be done. I have both the Hustle Pro and Hustle Signature bag, the pro has the chest strap but lacks an organiser inside and rigid straps takes some getting used to, imo day to day use, the Signature bag is easier to live with.
Love the design of the Pro but i'm worried about the shoulder straps on the Pro are too solid and it will cut into my neck. Do you feel uncomfy with it? p/s: should i choose the 5.0 for comfy
The Hustle 5.0 is the better choice if you're after shoulder strap comfort-the squishy straps will contour to the shape of your shoulders, unlike the straps on the Pro that just sit on top because they are so stiff. The straps on the Pro aren't super uncomfortable but you can tell the Pro was designed for people with broader shoulders and not a universal fit. When worn back to back, the 5.0 feels like pillows in comparison. Hope this helps!

The Hustle Pro can comfortably fit a pair of size 12 shoes and a size 7 basketball at the same time. It's going to be a tighter fit in the Hustle 5.0
