Guitar playthrough of 'Cabrillo'. Track available here: joehaley.bandc... open.spotify.c... For online lessons contact Joe at joepsycroptic@hotmail.com www.crawlspaceproductions.com
It doesn't matter how many times I've seen that guitar, each time it pops up in my feed it impresses me, Ormsby did a great job with it! Sick playing too mate!
This is soo cool to see you play an instrumental more melodic oriented track! You are a huge inspiration for me and its always a treat to see your videos and learn your songs!
Joe, I'm going through 'Beyond the Black' in the tab book right now and I would LOVE to see a playthrough of it... I'd love to see a playthrough of it or anything else regardless, but you know what I mean, haha! Thanks!
All I did was get some food at Froth & Fury, stumbled on Psycroptic which now has me here & well fk me I only found Australia's equivalent of Satriani, bloody great stuff Joe! :o
Great stuff... It was not what I was expecting. More in the Joe Satriani vibe but that is a great thing. You are versatile. I already liked your playing in Psycroptic and now this completely new direction is just as great for me.
You playin Things like this is what make you my guitar hero. I won’t stop practicing till I catch up to you one day 🤘 see you there wherever that is. Fucking beautiful.
Perfect, absolutely perfect. Just noticed that part of your fretboard is scalloped too. Been watching you jam on that guitar for a while now and never noticed that.
Incredible playing, great track, reminiscent of Satch at times. I wish the lead guitar were a little higher in the mix but otherwise it's perfection. Thanks for sharing
Hey mate! Haha yeah I usually use EVH5150iii’s but on this run we didn’t have space for cabs. I was just running the EVH profile on my kemper. I’ve been running that the last couple of runs actually and it’s working pretty well!
@@joehaley5255 awesome thanks so much man! I'm also into playing in standard and drop D on extended multiscale guitars. My current fave is a Forshage custom with 26-27" scale. Just always interested to hear what kind of tensions people are working with as it's uncommon. Have you ever tried balancing the tension a bit more on the low D stirng? I've been messing with a 9-46 set but changing the 46 with a 50. Not sure about it yet though. Anyways, always great to see you play man. Take care!
Joe, you are one of my absolutely favorite guitarists - please continue uploading these playthroughs!! Love watching you at it.
Can't express how excited I am about getting to see one of my favorite guitar players tonight at the Houston Pycroptic/ Fallujah show.
This feels like a fresh day in Lacertine Forest .....
I am one of few psycroptic fans from kolkata .. you are my favorite ..
The range between this and Psycroptic stuff is unbelievable. I tip my hat sir.
You should totally write a solo instrumental guitar album
So Fucking slick, what a pleasue to find this! I heard Michael Keene and Cali Death podcast discussing you, and did a search. Respect, Joe!

Hey Joe. Saw Psycroptic the other day live. Tried to spot what amp you were on, was it a Kemper? Was hard to see with the wild moshpit happening hehe.

amazing
That's some fine chicken picking my friend!!
Totally awesome Dude🔥🔥🔥
Awesome!
any hope for tabs?
I love you.
Big man 👏
Is that a partial scallop above the 12th fret? I've never seen that before.. Ormsby is such a beast luthier.
Me too it's sick!
Joe, this is blissful guitar composition. (the drums are a bit high harsh though… too much attention taking). True guitar mastery!
nice move bro...
Fucking epic
you are insane
Bro, please, shot new video!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan 😍
What strings you running on your Ormsb?
Hey mate, I use the hybrid slinky’s - 9-46’s. The lighter strings have a little more tension in the multi scale.
