    This reminds me of the anxiety I've felt as a musician. The audience just hears music they usually don't know when you screw it up.

    • @IvanTeslenko
      @IvanTeslenko 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Exactly!! So relatable😅I used to care so much about the tiny details, 'cause we know our music inside and out, we have this perfect image of how it's "supposed to sound", ideally... but 99% of the audience don't know these things and don't care that much, they just enjoy the raw experience as it comes

    So rude Thomas. As an android user, I will remember that this developer doesn't care about me lol.
    Color in his game could make it easier to tell the die easier. Like red loses points, black is a flat amount and green multiples the score. There are good reasons to add color

    My only criticism is, I have none, and, it's both an issue, and joy to learn on this channel, wish there was more videos, fast . . However, what is here is also enough . .
    I feel like I'm learning from the 'best of the top - best', and, it's amazing . .

    Can I do a question? Anyone is free to respond. I'm currently working a job that I don't like and I'm trying to do some courses that I still don't feel so good neither feel the motivation to do it. I also want to make a game and I kinda have some pretty good idea, maybe the answer would be "JUST DO IT" like almost the 99% of thomas bush videos. But i still feel so bad of motivation and distractions. How do I still keep motivated? I just don't want my dreams to be kept hidden as nothing like never existed
    I feel the urge to draw (even though I'm bad at it) and after work I feel so lazy. I feel the urge to finish the courses and also the same. I need some kinda a motivation to do it but i feel so numb

    Here's what I want to say, sort-of from Denmark, we have a more sedate culture, also promoting stuff, it's sort-of tough . . What I like, I want to learn indie - stuff, sort-of #fair pricing, #honest marketing, #good hype . . I don't want to be super - rich, just have modest, perhaps comfortable indie dev career, no one where I live talk about this, and, you're the best teacher on youtube, also, #inspiration . .

    • @charleslamb6500
      @charleslamb6500 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I disagree, most people become egotistical, or so, bec. of money, however, a few people walk the line, are almost charitable organizations . .
      I think Rockerfeller tried to be that, beyond that, can't think of anyone who got rich, and, also did a ' hell of a lot more good ' . .
      Some have done nice things, but, most just put it in banks / or tax hide-outs, hire people to find loop-holes . .

    • @charleslamb6500
      @charleslamb6500 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@firstLast-jw7bm Gonna say it, I don't like what you say, bec. it feels uhh maybe weird, and abusive . . I'm not against business, and, corporations, I just haven't seen a single modern corp do what you say, give massively to the public, or, be an inspiration, instead of a product - line, or, tv - fad, etc . . Many companies, break the law, #scandals, it's a balance, most people that have money, keep it, or, spend it on big houses, or, expensive vacations . .
      Money, sort-of being super - rich, at that level, super - rich, benefits no one, even person having the money, no one deserves that much, and, it breaks down community . . Being wealthy, or succesful is not the same thing, as being ' super ' rich . . However, it's my opinion, so on . . .
      Good people, imo try not to become rich, or, #TOO succesful, bec. they know it hurts their morals, or identity . . It's a careful #balance, having ton of money, or crazy succes, while other people have nothing, suffer . . That's sort-of impossible to ' live ' with, or, be ignorant of . . That's why I'm indie, I realize the #hypocrisy, and #malice of money, staying indie, I've seen it, and, I know it from myself #balance #keepitreal . .

    In 2013, I made an iOS game (ScratchPic) that cost me $18,000 total to make and market, and only made $45.00 revenue.
    Exactly one year later, I made my second game (Tippy Tap) which cost me $1,000 total to make and market, and it hit #1 on Twitter, the #1 overall app on the iOS App Store, and netted me a little over $200,000 in ad revenue in less than 5 months. :)
