I'm glad they included male celebrities because even they have their share what should look like. This isn't talked about much because of society stating how men don't care about what they look, but that isn't true. Men have their share body issues and insecurities, and we should take that into account.

The body hair thing is so annoying. People keep telling others that body hair is unhygienic. If it really was, would human evolution have gotten rid of body hair completely? Lack of hygiene can lead to deadly consequences. I am a hairy woman and have met hairy people. We all would have ended up 💀or very sick.

But if a woman dares furrow her brows or has red eyes from crying, the whole scene has to be refilmed. These standards are crazy. That director needs to get it together and understand what true acting is.

I have been told that not wearing make up makes me look unprofessional or 'younger'. Though, i think - do you want the work done right or for workers to be attractive? With my degrees and (recognized/awards given) excellent work, i do wonder if I would be farther up the food chain if i wore heels and make up. - // mojo, Thanks for this list - I am just sick of these over the top beauty standards across the board.

Bear with me, I know this question is sexist, but I only ask it out of curiosity.
Diet and exercise routines, but only to understand if there are healthy ways that both men and women achieve their results, but they should only be asked in maybe health magazines or a study.
Because I want celebrities to be healthy when they do these roles. If they expose the dangers of fitting into those body standards, maybe things may gradually change.
That is the idealist in me talking.

it's one thing to love yourself, but it's another to recognize that your body positivity is sending the wrong type of message to the public. being overweight is not a good thing, and yes for most people losing that weight is just not practical either, and weight on or off, it won't change what type of person you are. celebs like these should encourage healthy eating as much as getting exercise and clapping back at fatphobic comments. you can love your body and try to improve it at the same time.
