Scotts advice was superb, but unless he had posted that how would we have known where to find the sprocket location to turn the playback speed down in the first place.

I mailed in the old phone, Google shows they received it on 8/4/22. Google has be reviewing it for the month of August. I have called, emailed, done online chat. I have not received any money. They tell me many people are having the same problem. Do NOT trade in with Google. Sell the phone yourself.

@@luckylady05be You can double tap on the upper back of the phone to take a screen shot. That option is customisable. By the way, the back is not glass as stated in the video, it's a plastic composition.
I actually found another way to do screenshots. Slide so you see all your open apps on your screen and beneath the open app you want is your choice to chose screenshot!

Going to settings and slowing down the speed to .75 or .5. helps me. Slowing to .25 slows too much to the point of distortion of speech.

Go to the settings option -the little sprocket in the upper right corner and decrease the playback speed to 75 percent

Turn off adaptive charging. I don't recommend you turn it off if you want better battery health down the line though.

The cabling is non sensical. All that's needed is usbc to usb to wall jack. What they include is ridiculous. A USB to usbC WTF is that for?

I had the same problem. You have to have a password for accessing your voicemail too, you can't just go to and listen to your vmail.
