Thank you Debra ~ this message is truly Divine Timing for me. I experienced an intense fall, which sent me reeling on multiple levels with long term injuries; there was so much healing in this message for me about how to shift my perspective. To not only accept the reality but to now embrace that reality with gratitude. Total 180 degrees there! I adored the rock story ~ still laughing 🤣…

I love that story about the man pushing the rock. I had not heard that one before.

I learned the shaman principle of EWOP: Everything's Working Out Perfectly which feels like another version of the 'love what is.' And I don't always remember to say it. Thank you for the reminder Debra.

I've been a fan of Byron Katie for years. So nice to hear you explain her Work so clearly.

“I didn’t ask you to move it”. I love how this story shows your exact message. He suffered because he thought it should move it versus accepting he just needed to push it. The focus on what isn’t versus what IS. Beautiful. This was a perfect message because IT IS. Thank you!

Thank you Debra, this message is extremely timely. I'm going through a very hard time with my mother being sick. Thoughts of her current and future suffering feel with with terrible anxiety. I know I need to be in a good shape as a caregiver and I'm doing what I can to stay afloat yet I'm really struggling.

Thank you beyond words! Your crystal clear, "simple" presentation of Byron Katie's ideas are comforting and inspirational to me. I am also enjoying many of your other videos and appreciate that through you I've also been blessed with Marcie Schimoff's teachings. I affirm-vibrate-pray for the total wellbeing and happy fulfillment of you and all of your dear ones. 🙏🏽💕🌈😊

Yes, thanks Deborah. 🌻 The key for me has been the realisation that the state of love-awareness is the experience we are seeking - the clear, warm, spaciousness of our true nature - and that we suffer when we allow anything to pull us out of that reality. Reality itself is the gift. Present in this peace, we no longer need to create in ways that cause suffering at the level of life's appearances (our tangled beliefs dissolve). Staying in the love-spaciousness is the only 'lesson' there is behind all our challenging experiences.

I love your message, Debra! I lost my only child, Maddie, 6 years ago today, 10/26/18. You actually said in this video, "she should have died." Yes, you are right. It's bitter truth. I love The Work and actually was reading about the loss of a child a few months before Maddie died. It's real grown up spirituality, and I needed to hear this today. Thank you.
