    You should give waxing your cheese a try after smoking it.

      I checked it out. It looks like I'd have to keep it in the fridge anyway, so I don't see the benefit. I don't have a 'cheese cave' or anywhere but the fridge to match the needed temp (55F or less) according to several websites.
