    I've done everything as shown, I've aquired the same ammount of styrene, but my first PFR reactor is showing a message that actual conversion % is greater than 100%. It did converge though, but I can't find a reason why the conversion rate is greater than 100%.

      Check ur feed ratio and also see whether ur one reactant was in limit reagent...... and different aspen software ver. Also give slight difference in the results

      You have to create different layer and then define the material properties
