    Reaction Involve:
    R-1: Benzene + Propene → Cumene + Propane (main reaction)
    R-2: Cumene + Propene → Diisopropylbenzene (Side Reaction)

    Sir, on simulating I am getting the actual % conversion in PFR greater than 100. Please tell me how to correct it.

    hii the right model reaction is between benzene and propylene. not benzene with propane

      yeah its propene and in the simulation also i selected propene. Thank you for your interest

      AGM ONLINE SIMULATION , in my basic pfd is 105 kmol/h , i see you change the flowrate of benzen, how can it happen ?? In my basis pfd which my teacher give me , the tower have 27 tray , 50% effeciency . I think this is actual tray, so why can you use it input the tower on simulation , it must be ideal tray instead actual tray. Please give reason
