    if i want to include fuel gas co firing, can i simply use a mixer and connect both acid gas and fuel gas streams ?

    what is the purpose of acid gas saturator and air saturator , usually we have a heat exchanger to increase the feed temperature of acid gas

      The composition is usually defined on dry basis while actually streams are saturated.
      The saturator is used to add the moisture content in the stream at given T and P

      I don't think so.
      Sulsim package has all these unit operations that is used for this process.

    you did not show how to connect the ADA in the end of the video, when i included that it was not getting solved and was showing some consistency error

    A- Reaction Furnace, Waste Heat Exchanger, Sulfur Condenser.
    B- Reaction Furnace, Waste Heat Exchanger, and Catalytic Convertor.
    C- Heater, Catalytic Convertor, and Sulfur Condenser.
    D- Either A or B.
