    Alright, you guys have had most of the day. Now tell me which out-there boss monsters you're promoting to the rank of colonel in the D-Brigade.

    I’d call that Justimon variant a the digi-swat blitz deck

      Honestly, combining D-Brigade WITH the Marvin Jackson engine might just make Justimon viable.

    Really cool idea and i love the innovation and outside of the box thinking in the Digimon community.
    But I do think this would be more practical if D-Brigade wasn't a complete deck already. If you do this, you are playing a a stronger version of an underpowered black deck but with so many archetype specific pieces, you are also playing a neutered D-Brigade deck. I feel like most people that try this out would eventually switch to full D-Brigade.
    But this does really benefit loyalist players who are really huge fans of certain Black digimon. Very interesting idea!!

      I know what you mean. It's always an interesting choice to cut a big chunk out of an already complete deck and graft it onto something else.
      In this case, sure, I could make a random Black Level 6 harder to remove with the new Commandramon line, but why not just play Brigadramon, who is built to synergize with the strategy already?
      And of course, D-Brigade is definitely a full deck now. Back between BT4-BT10, it was still pretty incomplete, so acting as an engine made a bit more sense, since it had the room.
      For me, it's more about trying interesting lines of play, and yes, supporting underused boss monsters. I mean, look at Machinedramon. One of the deck's main pieces now is Alphamon's primary rookie, BT7 Dorumon. That card is a staple in Machinedramon, despite offering only limited synergy.
      My big hope is someone sees this and eventually stumbles upon a combo that does just as well, or even better, than the D-Brigade deck we have now.

    This is like if Kamen Rider worked for the Shocker 💀. Though damn, I never thought about how strong the new Digipolice protection are… This video really opened my eyes to a new horizon!

      I legit think Bandai just said “damn, there’s no room in the ESS box. Don’t tribe lock it. It’ll be fine.”
      No complaints here.

      @@kevinski-tcg Right now my main idea is to play the package with JumboGamemon. It might sounds counter intuitive but you do have a few funny combos you could do. For example, if your Jumbo is hit by raid or something, you can play out your DBrigade Rookie (which can rig your deck), and then delete the rookie with your HiCommandramon. You can also potentially play out Numemon from Jumbo for another Satsuki. At the end of the day it could be a very flexible deck that can either spew out a bunch of bodies, or have a big turtle for stall.

    • @kevinski-tcg
      @kevinski-tcg  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I think that's pretty clever actually@@draklord1234.
      You get a massive blocker, and if CargoDramon is in the stack, you can spit it out to summon more fodder, or refresh your fodder after you protected your stack. And of course, you keep that chonky blocker on board.
      You gotta build that.

    • @draklord1234
      @draklord1234 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@kevinski-tcg I did, and I would love to send you the list. Another thing that I realized from building it is that the massive amount of body Dbrigade can spill out, so it unironically synergize with QUARTZMON, of all things. Having a big ass Quartzmon on the field with 2 layer of protection, think about it.

    • @draklord1234
      @draklord1234 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Another key card in this strategy is the Rush Darkdramon. With the amount of body lost because to protection you can pretty easily get him out at 3 to close out games, or use him to climb into a Quartzmon to equalize the board. DCD is also extremely potent in this deck as it can messed up a lot of the aces, being a free ACE removal, as well as recycling your pieces.
      Though from testing this deck it does feel a lot like the EX3 deck.
      I’m still trying to move around my ratios more. I even put Tai in it, but he’s been replaced with Izzy for more consistency and rigging.

    Love this.
    I've recently been playing d-brigade and sec-con justimon decks. Time to take them apart and mash them into one!

    • @kevinski-tcg
      @kevinski-tcg  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It’s totally doable. With the 16 card coalition base, and your Justimon Arms + Rider kick, you have plenty of room.
      Just keep a few Level 5s on hand so you can make the climb up when it makes sense.

    • @ashleewright6373
      @ashleewright6373 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@kevinski-tcg Yeah, I like the bt11 mamemon that plays a tamer as a lvl 5. Its inheritable triggers when commandramon are played too, giving justi blocker in case you can't manage to close the game that turn.

    • @kevinski-tcg
      @kevinski-tcg  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The added value of the ESS just makes it the perfect Level 5 in this case.
      If you can squeeze 1-2 CargoDramon, it couldnt hurt, but you may end up milling a lot of tamers.

      Justimon is a lot scarier with a Missimon boost and two layers of protection.

    So have you see the Avengekidmon Omni X turbo decks? I really wanna combo D-brigade rush low end with the Omni Zwart / Omni X top end. Let me know what you think?!?

    • @kevinski-tcg
      @kevinski-tcg  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I think it’s a perfectly doable combo. You can play a D-Brigade base with any good “hard slam” cards as long as your opponent can’t make too much use of the memory.
      And of course, BT4 Darkdramon is still a fantastic bridge to the black-evolving Omnimons.
