Hello, what does it look like with retro T-shirts? Do you need a size up?
I don't think so. I didn't buy so many retro jerseys, so I don't know for sure, but as long as it's not a player version retro jersey, the usual size should be okay.
Why the away version has no HP badge on the left side?
I think at that one it was optional or I hay to pay for it. So I didn't put that on on the jersey. You can check on the website if it's possible to put

How is the fit?
I think as a general rule for the player version you can go one size up, from what you wear normally. If you're slim fit you can stay with your usual size.

How tall and how much he weight? It all depends on that. Also there are size charts on the website, with sizing. They are pretty accurate.

Hi, that mostly depends on how big he is. Today 14 year old boys can be bigger or smaller:) Height and weight is what mostly matters. But I would probably say either and S from adult size, or there are children kits also on the website up to 14 years old.
