I first found a Ronaldo return shirt for 40 quid.
Then I found Aliexpress, cancelled that and ordered 2 for the same price
Now we have DHgate, I’ve got every shirt under the sun
Even went as far as ordering my blue family a couple shitty shirts, cos why not?
Got to the corner shop and spend more just to get breakfast lunch and dinner
As a football shirt collector the one thing that is granted to take the printing off is fabric softener I wash mine on a 40 with just liquid soap powder non bio and I've never had a shirt peel in 5 years of collecting

I saw your video and wanted to give it a try. And honestly: it was worth it! Now I have this awesome fc barcelona kappa away jersey with no.8 stoichkov on the back. And it feels real! I know it isn't real but not a part of the shirt tells me that's fake. Its just stunning. I am so happy with it. I took all the advices, bought 2 sizes up, looked well who sold many shirts yet And had good reviews. And now I am just happy and walking around the house with a big smile and my shirt on. Thanks mate for the video, it was an inspiration!
The modern shirts on DHGate are getting better and better at replicating the real shirts. A casual fan wouldn't know the Belligham one isnt authentic (or either of the other 2 tbh!).
That PSG shirt is my favourite PSG top of all time, and one thats still in my collection. They only sold the authentic one with the cool-motion underlayer at the time. I would say the DHGate one hasnt quite got the fabric right - the real one has a matte fabric - and the sponsor line up is a bit off, but other than that it's a decent effort!
Yeah those early 2000s Nike kits I remember that meshy fabric… didn’t they follow a similar texture on with the total90 templates that followed?
I just bought a couple of shirts to test out the sizings. Seems like the Asia measurements are 1 up, so pretty spot on advice.

Barcelona use to sell "official" jersey that were not "branded" at their official shop or the museum with the same exact tag that you have on your Figo shirt, so I think it might be one of them.
Ahh Okidoki, I was only like 6 or 7 and went on holiday to Spain, possibly Mallorca, so can’t fully remember where it came from 😊

Irish gaa jerseys have the crest sponsor and brand make printed into the jersey's design, not stitched on or ironed on stickers. So its impossible for them to fall off or peel off in the wash or even dryer. So the can really last forever. All football clubs should do this.

I've ordered an England shirt, Inter Miami and the 3rd United shirt. Looking forward to seeing how they compare. If they're good enough will definitely get more, will even look into the NBA and NFL jerseys.

Just a heads up: soccer jerseys run small (so order one size up for fan versions and 2 sizes for player jerseys), NBA jerseys run true to size, and NFL jerseys run large, so order one size down 😉
I had the player version of the PSG shirt from that season (02/03). All of the genuine shirts including United had an inner mesh layer which looked cool but was actually really annoying after you’d been wearing it for a while.

Wish I knew about the size up thing. Mine are a bit tight. They do fit but would be better to fit a bit larger.

I’d rather spend that money on ACTUAL football - it’s the casuals who buy all the shirts and have a TNT sports subscription thinking they know it all who’re the casuals 👍🏾
Ry... Not sure if you've seen on Dhgate or not but you can get the Player version kits Shirt (exactly the same quality as the ones you've been getting) but also player version shorts (same fabric as the shirts in the shorts and with the rubberised logos and crests same as the shirts) and football socks.
They've been coming in at about 18.50 including postage.... So For the sake of less than a pint extra you're getting shorts for the gym and a decent pain of footy socks..
Definitely player kits and not fan kits.

@@RysFootyParadise nah not saying be a full kit w*nk*r, just meant for the sake of a couple quid etc you get a quality pair of gym shorts and decent socks that can be worn whenever.
The printing on the back will come off on the original ones as well. These are meant to be hand-washed or using delicate/soft cycle.

i mean if you dont have 100 pounds to spend then dhgate is your best options but if you are gonna get a RMA shirt get it with the ucl and cwc badge it just looks so much better

They seem to only do the “bigger” clubs and mostly English and Spanish clubs from what I can see :( hope you manage to find what you’re looking for!

Hope the actual workers are getting paid alright, I ordered a USSR top from dhgate just waiting for it to ship to Australia but keen to see how it holds up
One thing i always do is iron a little the name and logos , just make sure you use a towel or rag on top of the shirt so and yes you can machine wash just do it inside out and machine wash cycle hand wash or very low
These are all good but as a shirt collector myself it's going to make it harder in a few years time on the secondhand market to tell whether you're buying the real thing or not.
Name and numbering looks really small on the old shirts. Also I’ve heard people buy and then state the collar always massive/baggy.

I use a 15 min cold wash with a surf machine tab, inside out, NO CONFITIONER THOUGH... ruins logos etc

My cheap knockoffs didn't look at all convincing as genuine. But they did something BETTER than the real shirts. The player name and number on the back was part of the material, so it didn't stick to my back the way that the printed names and numbers did. Printed looks good because it's shiny. In reality the print is cheap.

I get all my strips off DH Gate. I love the 90’s retro Irish and Celtic shirts. Also the umbro and old adidas ones are great. I never get the ones with print on logos or crests. Also wash inside out in a cold wash

DH Gate isn’t that bad we got our Celtic strips from them the quality is very good and you can’t tell they’re fake at all but the sponsor on my strip started peeling off because I didn’t flip it inside out

I have 2 of the 3 shirts. They don’t look as good as you think but hey my eye is trained in 90s shirts. Fakes are fakes.
To us casual shirt collectors they all look the same, but I get it if you’re a proper shirt collector you might be able to tell… the average joey on the street isn’t gonna notice 😁

I’m not sure if I should buy a shirt of dh gate, the one I want is the 21/22 Man Utd home shirt with ronaldo on the back with the prem or ucl badge on the side but I don’t want it all coming of after a single wash and I’m also very particular about it the prints are right. Based of this video dh gate seems decent just not sure, other alternative is spending £80plus on eBay. Thanks for the video anyway
I think if you’re buying one for more than just to wear out & about without the worry of it getting worn out, I’d buy the genuine article 👍🏾 DH Gate is great but maybe not the best in your case 😊

I had last years shirt all year, washed it many times
Try not to scrunch them very much when you ring the water out
When you scrunch them, the letters get damaged easier
Order one with a custom number and name to see if it looks good

@@RysFootyParadise I have no issue with the word fake and use it myself. I personally buy the player "Authentic" version. And these are great I have never had a bad shirt just bad service. And as these are for me just as good I personally say copied shirts. It's only a word so no issue from me.

Let’s be honest you can’t call any football shirt fake just because it’s not made of an adidas or Nike etc material 😂, they look no different either, it’s just a diff material, the only issue with sizing is that the necks on round neck shirts seem very big.

All depends on the seller, I’ve had some come in a week, some a month, and others 2 months
How tall are you for reference? Im 5’9” fairly slim so not sure what size to pick up the Arsenal player 24/25 shirts in
I think you should choose size L, but you also need to consider your weight.

I have that PSG shirt in an authentic version from back in the day. I got it in my local sports shop here in Berkshire and the only reason I really got it was down to the under shirt attached to the main shirt. I'd never seen anything like it before. And I haven't seen it since!!
I do use DH too and found my go to seller. I've not been brave enough to go for player versions yet, but after watching this I might.......😁

I've never been satisfied with DHG. All the tops i bought have huge feminine neckline. I'm slim/S, all the Small shirts have been really big. It's as if they don't make small, and just re label the M or L to small.

About 3 weeks ish mate, yeah a few U.K. people buy them in bulk off DH Gate then flip for double the price - but bonus is you get quicker 🤣

You're not getting top of the line fakes from DH Gate.
Snobbery at its finest. The authentic ones are pretty much bang on on many of the variants. So much so that one of the ex Nike international shirt designers was duped into believing it was real and not fake.. some of the factories have got it down to an art now.

Bit of a strange question but I've just ordered off dhg gate and beleave it of not one seller was selling Liverpool tops for 3p each with free post so I quickly ordered every different Liverpool tops and it came to £1.71 for 53 top and it went threw beleave it or not it's just waiting to be shipped do you think ild get them
